I’ve eaten at a LOT of Mexican restaurants in my life but this place kills it every single time. Super fast, food is always good, servers crush it. Literally the best one I’ve ever ate at. Arianna was our server and we were never low on anything.

Pretty standard Mexican fare. The only way to stand out is by how menu items are not canned. Fresh ingredients that are well seasoned is your best best. We LOVE El Vaquero. The food is amazing, they also have gluten free options. Not only that, but the staff is wonderful. My son loves coming in and seeing his favorite server, Luna. Oh, and the margaritas are PHENOMENAL!

I always have a great experience here. The chicken enchiladas are my favorite! And service is always fast - food is at the table in less than 10 minutes most times. The drinks are a little over priced - I wish they had been stronger for the price they charge.
