Logans Roadhouse

**Tried again tonight and got the shareable steak. 4 small pieces of steak for 2 people, 1 side each, and an appetizer for $28 is not a deal. Maybe for $13.99 like we thought we were paying but they got us with the fine print. Service was bad also. Took forever to take our order and the was hardly anyone there. Forgot my one side, a salad. Rolls were cold and hard. Will not be going back. The steaks were very tough and hamburger was only ok. Our server was excellent and.very attentive.

Slow service. Waitress basically ignored us after we got our food. The food was super salty. I ordered my steak medium and it came out medium well. It had good flavor and was fairly tender but it wasn't what I wanted. My husband ordered ribs, they were cold, and defiantly not "fall off the bone tender". The rolls were the best part of the meal.

We arrived at about 8:15pm, they were very busy. We were seated immediately but it was a while before our server was ready to take our order. After our order was taken our drinks came fairly quickly. A while later our salads arrived but we had no silverware, I believe the hostess was supposed to give us silverware but our server went to get it, forgot it. Came back by and was reminded, we finally got silverware. After a good while my entree came out via a runner but not my son's. Server came by and saw this and went to get my son's food. I feel like most of our problems were not really the fault of the server but it was irritating just the same. As for the food itself, my son was not happy with the salad he had ordered special because it was more spring mix and less iceberg which he prefers. He didn't eat it. My ribs were a little on the tough side. Over all the food was pretty good.

The food was good, except the mushroom skewer. It's quite literally 7 of the smallest mushrooms I've ever seen, grilled so lightly that you can still taste the refrigerator on them. The ribs and salad are good though. The service is excellent. The hosts/hostesses were full of energy and found us (a party of 7) a table pretty quickly on a busy Friday. The server was excellent and took good care of us.

First we walked in there were several people already waiting, so I thought the place was packed. While walking up to the hostess I noticed that at least half the tables in the restaurant we're empty. Have her my info and she said we'd be seated shortly. After 20 minutes I asked her about how long it looked like it'd be. The manager spoke up and said within 5 minutes. Once we were finally seated, the waiter came and took drink orders as usual. He brought the drinks and rolls in a timely manner. We ordered our food. Finally, after being in the restaurant over an hour our food arrived at the table. I don't feel like it was the waiter's fault. He seemed to be attentive. I feel like the kitchen was the main issue getting the food out. Once the food arrived it was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the wait. We were in the restaurant a total of 2 hours, just for supper, in a restaurant that was no where near crowded. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the waiter seemed like he did his best for us.
