My first time visiting this McDonalds location today and decided to go through drive though, only to be told to park at Curbside 2 due to my order being made; cool. Unfortunately for me, Curbside 2 was taken by someone wasn’t supposed to park there. Waited 15 minutes before going into the store to wait another 5 minutes to ask for my order (along with other waiting customers who’d been waiting for 20 minutes)! Extremely terrible customer service and slow.

Quick service. Just had treats. Sat in with the family and had ice cream. Pleasant staff. Quiet and peaceful sitting area.

Worst. McDonald’s. Ever.
Today I app ordered breakfast and put down “no ice”. Couldn’t get that right.
In the past I’ve ordered ahead, 10 minute drive time, and had to wait 40 minutes for my meal that also was WRONG. I’ve actually driven 20 minutes to a different McDonald’s-that was doing a remodel-and gotten my food faster and done correctly.

Slowest McDonalds you you'll ever go to. Always a long line moving nowhere fast. They'll send you to park and wait and workers seem lost when trying to find you. I work in the area and I try to avoid this location when possible.

My family and I wentthru drive thru ordered 2 quarter pounder meal s lg size with sprites we asked for ketchup he rushed us off and asked us to park in space 1. I get my order no ketchup. I'm in the.industry but to rush me off after I just spend money....but than again what can I expect from a fast food place. I'll make sure to go to the brookside one where they know how to treat this gueat

The burger was cold, so cold that the cheese didn't melt. Whatever ice machine they are using to make those frozen drinks needs a serious filter change. The drink tasted dirty. I had the strawberry watermelon. Yuck!!

So slow! I usually wait more than 10 minutes for a really small mobile order.
When I've got an issue with the app and went inside for a help like the app suggested, I was totally ignored by all crew so I had to leave without food and charged by app. Thankfully Mcdonalds has good customers service by phone.

Service is super slow and for as long as they take, they still burn the food.
Maybe some one from Chick-fil-A, which is across the street, should give them a few pointers or two.
