Love this place. It's better than Chipotle by far. There steak is really good. It's well seasoned and not dry. I like the salad option there. There is plenty of seating and parking. This place is great for families and budgets. They give you a lot of food.

Service here is always outstanding. Super friendly employees who always go out their way to help us. And the Barbacoa is my favorite... and the queso dip. My daughter loves the mint limeade. I rarely have waited in a line, which is nice.

Cafe Rio is a staple of fast casual done right. This is not traditional Mexican but is a great facsimile of texmex/new Mexico food. The chain is based in Utah and expands slowly to ensure the quality and consistency is maintained. This location is good, but not great. They have hired college students who largly don't care about the job, just collecting a pay check. The service was fine, nothing rude but no excitement, no people for life/the job. If you want an example of the lack of care, look at the drink station. Also their is an unwelcome smell when you enter. Someone is bit cleaning something... Food is good, but I was starving. Everything is better when hungry! :)

Food was good felt fresh, it's an upscale/expensive Chipotle. Be careful the menu looks so simple but almost everything other than chicken is an extra charge. Huge sitting place, employees are friendly and serve the food faster. The food is good nothing over the top to rave about. I'll visit the restaurant just coz ifs closer to campus

Glad to see these places popping up all over California. As a transplant from Utah this is a place i missed once I moved. However, they have a lot of California locations now. My 2 solid go-to dishes are the salad w/ sweet pork or the burrito w/ sweet pork. I have not ventured to any other meat. Serving sizes are large and the house dressing is super good. Give it a shot.

Stopped by after our singers rehearsal. Was good & pretty good food. I had a chicken enchilada with cheese & it came with tortilla chips. Actually better than Rubios, where we go almost every week. We'll probably go again when we're in the area & it isn't mobbed with college kids.

A nice alternative to Chipotle. Several choices for meat...barbacoa, shredded chicken, grilled chicken, beef, carnitas, and fish. Tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, burritos and salads all made fresh to order for about $10 a plate. Good sized portions. Friendly service and clean. Definitely going back!

Good place for some good tacos with hand made tortillas. Not the cheapest for tacos but they do have Taco Tuesday where they sell them for two dollars. Two or three tacos will usually fill you up. They also have other things like large burritos and salads. Their desert is also to die for.
