Jersey Mike's Subs

You can never go wrong getting a sandwich but a sandwich from this location is always awesome. They listen and make it just right. The customer service here is high level and genuine. The guy who made my order actually asked how was my day. Nice touch Jersey Mike's. I'm a customer at this location as long as they keep it 💯.

Best location ever !! Fast !! Caring !! I dropped my sub , I came back to order another one !! The manger remember me !! (Tall blond hair guy ) But without me saying a word he asked why was back !! And I explained!! And he covered it for me !! That is service !! I will come to only this location just bc of this one time experience !! Thank buddy !! You are creating a great culture !!

I normally don't have any issue with Jersey Mike's but beware that if you ask for a certain type of bread, they'll give you they want. My husband and I ordered two subs #42 & #13 on wheat bread with notes for oil and vinegar packets to go (May I have vinegar & oil packets please under each sandwich), and not only did we not get oil and vinegar but the sandwiches were on the wrong bread. Our #42 were on two different breads (original and rosemary, not wheat) and my sandwich was on rosemary. The problem that I have, is that if I was notified with a note or spoken to while picking. I would have been fine with it, but nothing was said and when I called the store Bree the women I spoke to didn't even seem to care. She said that, that was all the bread they had and the bread baking would take 30 minutes. If I were provided a choice, I would have gladly pick up my food later. With this being said, I am happy to say that I will not be returning to this Jersey Mike location and I will happily pay for better quality customer service elsewhere.
