Wow! I'm not from around here. I sat in the Kroger parking lot looking for something to eat near me. And it had to please me, my husband, and my parents. No one had any input after I read off 27 places. So it was up to me to decide. Pizza pleases everyone right?!
We walk in and the cashier was extremely welcoming. Available for my 42 questions. Very accommodating to all of us not eating pork. Even cleaned the pizza cutter before slicing our pizza.
We ordered cheese pizza (delicious), Manhattan Calzone (mouth drooling), and Philly Cheesesteak Hoagie (OMG yum!). Also ordered garlic knots and mozzarella cheese sticks. Food came out piping hot and mouth watering delicious! Staff is very friendly and personable. Can't say enough good things. Easy on the budget, cost us $45 and we took half the food home.

Lasagna pizza and stromboli. I can’t be bothered to order anything else because they’re so good. The amount of cheese and toppings they cram into a Stromboli is outrageous in all the right ways. They’re usually short staffed, not the workers fault but even ordering ahead there’s usually a small wait. Worth it if you love heart stopping amounts of cheese on or in your food.
Our waiter was very pleasant. Made several outstanding suggestions. Food was delicious and served timely. Prices were very reasonable. Overall I would recommend this place and give it a 10 star rating.
We use delivery because the place is kinda small. But the pizza is phenomenal. It's the only place I'll actually eat the cheese pizza. They have a pretty sizeable menu. Wings aren't the best in the world but man that pizza is so damn good.
As a pizza lover I am always in search of handmade authentic pizza. I found all that at Saruzzos. I've tried pizzas at many places and follow Dave Pourtney ...and I'm quite certain he would rank this pizza very high. I give it an 9.5 out of 10 all day. Great tasting handmade dough that is so good I could and have eaten it all by itself. No cap 🤤
Very accommodating, great communication and superior service. Placed an order for 60 pizzas to pick up at 10:45 am for a cheer clinic. Walked in and they were hot and ready. And delicious.
I've been coming to Saruzzo's for almost 20 years (since they opened this location) and the sandwiches, pizzas, and calzones are always fresh and made to order. And if you are in a hurry, they have single slices available. Sometimes the wait times are longer than you might like but, other people are wanting the same things you want. It's worth the wait.
Favorite sandwiches: 42nd Street, Jersey Shore, & New Yorker hoagies. In house made bread and fresh ingredients.
Favorite pizzas: a customized Manhattan or the Lady Liberty.
Favorite calzones: customized Manhattan or the Fifth Avenue.

Strip mall restaurant that serves pretty close New York style pizza. Large menu to choose from.

The pizza quality was far above the chain pizza company's.
We shared a large Supreme thin crust, love a good thin crust, it was a crispy crust that was flavorful and complimentary with a loaded amount of quality fresh ingredients and a good cold drinks on the side just over $20 after tax.
They won over two more customers. I will definitely be back as a regular customer for dine in and pick up.
