I love these small cozy family run spots! I came here with my wife and son and of course I needed to try a few things. I got the avocado bacon burger which was fantastic! My wife had the cheese steak sandwich, I got an order of Cajun wings which were juicy and crispy and a tender basket for our son. The fries were great and so were the tenders, which were large! I wish they had some country gravy to go with these! Will definitely come back. Great little small spot in Friendswood.

A great place to eat. The food was really good, service was outstanding, even though they seemed pretty busy. I have lived in the area for several years and never knew about this place. A friend recommended it, and now it is in the regular dining rotation.

Been hearing about this place from the guys at Ewing. Finally tried it today. It was great. Burger was massive and delicious. Cooked just right. I don't usually care too much about the bun, but this one was really good. Fries nice and hot and crispy. I don't often buy burgers from restaurants because I usually make a better one at home. This was well worth it though. 20 bucks for a burger, fries, and drink combo. I could only finish half. 2 full meals for 10 bucks ain't bad at all. I think I would pay more at McDonald's for a "burger"

JLB Eatery is what you want a local restaurant to be. It has phenomenal customer service and the food is even better. I had the chance to eat a burger from here during a work luncheon that won me over instantly. The fresh baked hamburger buns are to die for. They are so soft and delectable. On to the food. JLB Cheese Burger. 9/10 1 Certified Angus Beef patty, mayonnaise, cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and onions on a fresh baked bun. The burger was great, the veggies were crisp and fresh. The bun was like wow. So good. Crazy Burger. 9/10 2 Certigied Angus Beef patties, 2 Slices Cheese, Mayo, Lettuce, Pickles, Bacon. Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, and Thousand Island Dressing. Ok, the burger was better than the first burger I had but the first one was still great. With the two patties it was quite monstrous. Loved the crispy char on the edges of the burger. Way to big to eat and go back to work comfortably but I did and paid the price. Oh well it was worth it. Go give them a try if you haven’t, it’s a really great place that will give you awesome food and service.

Let me start with it cost us 50$ for 2 adults and 1 child. This was our first time in and its not much to look at but the food speaks for itself. We all ordered different kinds of burgers 🍔. They are massive. The bun's are spectacular and the meat seasoning was on point. The veggies were fresh and delicious 😋. Fries 🍟 were seasoned and fresh crispy. Overall we definitely enjoyed our meal. We're absolutely coming back soon.

The best hamburgers I've ever had. Our family orders from here all the time. The people that work here are super friendly and down to earth and I never feel weird asking them questions or talking to them, which is always a plus. My son can finish off a double from here, and it's quite impressive. Everytime we get takeout, my son, my husband, or myself suggest coming here, it's that good.

Heard about this place from the Nextdoor app so the wife and i stopped here today for lunch. We were dying to have a hamburger. Today we had the cheeseburger combo with a side of onion rings. It was super delicious. Given that this place is new, i will say right now that the food tastes like they have been doing this for a while. The service was great. The dining room was nice and clean and spacious and inviting. The prices are very reasonable and the food portions are more than enough. We will come back. Many more items on the menu that we want to try. Cant wait !!

Good Burgers on fresh baked buns! Sides are also great - had fries, onion rings and tots. Fish & Chips London Style and the Pork Chop Sandwich were really good too!

Small place , big portions of delicious food. I tried this place the other day , for lunch. Wasn't really hungry after having a big breakfast. I figured a medium philly cheese steak fries would suffice. 👀👀 It is HUGE for a "medium"..... My coworkers got burgers and one got a wrap of some kind. Man , you definitely get your money's worth as the portions are generous. My fries were AWESOME.... I will DEFINITELY go again for the fries if nothing else. Although the burgers looked really good and my coworkers gave 👍👍 .... This is one of those hidden gems..... You need to try it....

Good lord that was a HUGE burger. You get your money's worth without question. The food was soooooo good, and the service was great. It was our first time and there a ton of options, so we were glad the lunch rush hit after we had the chance to order and get seated.

Visited JLB for the first time today and ordered the avocado cheese burger and added chilli and cheese on my fries. Both were so good! The burger was huge and the portion of fries was also very generous. The staff was very friendly as well. Will definitely be back. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Give this place a try! Excellent food and customer service. One piece fish (huge), London style was great. Grilled chicken sandwich was very tasty, plenty of chicken, included avacado, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo. Seasoned french fries hot and very good too.

This is a big great burger 🍔 cooked fresh hot our family came in spent about almost 200.00 at the last minute and they opened the kitchen back up cooked food hot only thing not enough fries... and the chilli fries got mushy quick....but the food is really good. Tell them Simone sent ya.. won't make a bit of difference but hey.. show love...
