Review Rally's Hamburgers - Fresno

The burgers were good the spicy chicken was ok, used to really enjoy rally's now not so much. Fries were great!

This place is pathetic. My husband and I went to grab a bite here beings as I haven't been to Rally's/Checkers in about 5 years. I ordered the chili cheese french fries and it looked like they just threw it in the box. Also, my husband ordered an ice cream which they didn't even give it to us at all. I do not recommend this Rally's.

Drive through only. The employees are efficient and courteous. I would avoid using this location during after school hours. The Ahwanee Middle School "students" who crowd this location are rowdy and foul mouthed. We have complained to the management but they are in a shopping center and cannot enforce rules beyond their property at 1st and Bullard. The Fresno School District needs to work with the business owners to discourage this behavior due to the automobile traffic that could lead to accidents and injuries.

Well it took about 8-9 minutes before they finally noticed me at the window. I was actually calling them on the phone when they did see me. But other than that I suppose the service was not horrible I guess..I would not recommend anyone to go here or anything like that.

I used to go to Rally's all the time when I lived in Fresno. I loved the food, especially the shakes. I moved away 20+ years ago and would visit when I was in town. I took my youngest kids with me today and the girl working the drive-thru, Aurora, was very rude and I felt very disrespected by her. At the speaker, she kept getting my order wrong and tried to charge me twice for a single food item. I pull up to the window and she gives me my total. She nearly ripped the money out of my hand! She starts handing me the milkshakes then the bag of food. She didnt even ask me if I wanted sauce. I asked her for BBQ and ranch. She comes back with BBQ but no ranch. I asked her for ranch and she sighed out of frustration and annoyance and rolled her eyes at me. She hands me one ranchy, tells me to have a good night in the most frustrating tone and closes her widow. Makes me not want to go back.

Food is whatever, not better than any other Rally's. My problem is paying for a 5 piece tender combo and only getting 3 tenders, one of them being laughably small, so I end up getting just 60% of the food I paid for. I can call to let them know and have them write my name down to pick up the rest the next day, right? Nope. Can't even answer the phone apparently either.

This Place has Great Food and the Price was excellent! 3 ate for under $20.00, oh yea plus our Chihuahua got his hamburger pattie!

Long wait in the drive thru and gross af🤢. You can tell the oil was old or they need to clean the fryer. $45 in the trash. 🤢

Open late, incredible customer service, an the food is always fresh an hot, never over or under cooked.

It's the nest Rally's in town! Food is always fresh & staff is always friendly.

Always hot food unlike the others in Town. Employees are very nice and friendly too�
