This is the second time my food is burned 2 days in a row tast like oil hasn't been changed I called the store. Asking to speak to the manager regarding the food and an employee gave an attitude and refusing to put manager on the phone so I told them I was calling copret manager called back and said
I was so amazed. This is the first time I opened a sandwich from a fast food place and was nice enough to take a picture. And the fries was fresh and hot. And the food was so good. Thank you for this amazing meal.
There really should be a ZERO Star option! I made a mobile order at home. Went to pick up order through drive thru, intercom is down (been down for months now - NEEDS TO BE FIXED), went to window, no one there, waited for a long period, tapped on window, no answer, honked my horn, no answer, gave
The whoppers at Burger King is always good. I love onions n pickles n tomatos so whoppers a great burger for me. Right now I got the whoppers for 2 for $6 which is a real good deal. It is a special atm. Regular is around $6 for each. And they serve whoppers in the morning too.
They must have a new guy on the grill . Best whopper i had in my life . (I’m pretty sure his name is darol . He deserves a promotion)
Former employee and witness to working in 5 locations in Fresno , very unsanitary, hands are inconsistently washed and management has awful , customer service and unprofessional service . Also the quality of food isn't fresh unless asked.
Arrived @ 1:45 pm, just 1 guy ahead of me. No one took his order for 6 minutes, followed by me.
14 minutes later I got my food.
Mozzarella sticks were just barely warm.
Their intercom is down literally still in line waiting to get up to the second window to order and pay! I’ve been waiting for 39 mins!!!!! Can’t even get out of line to leave!!! You guys need to figure out a smoother process than this!!! Closed down your drive thru or something!!!
