It has been such a long time since I've had a quality meal from fast food. 9 out of 10 times I leave disappointed but today my breakfast here was so good I had to post a review. Customer service was great and restaurant was clean. Please keep up the good work!! We need quality fast food again!!

Disappointed with the fish sandwich we ordered this time they we’re soggy as if they were steamed in the center and very little of outer part were crispy as they were supposed to be. We fed the soggy fish to our cats.

Closed before online hours specify. Please update hours so people don't waste their gas going out of their way to get food from your establishment.

I had to go to Taco Bell, $12.29 for 6 tacos with broken shells and maybe a tablespoon of mystery meat.
Id appreciate a kiss after a screwing like that, lol.
Jack in the Box, please pick up your game. Your issues cost me extra money!!!! With inflation the way it is, some extras may need to be adjusted.

Service has gotten a lot better.
Menu prices don’t match what is being charged. The price difference isn’t much but still violates bait and switch laws. I am sure management isn’t being unethical but still… do your job. It sets a bad example for the crew to half arse your responsibilities.

Says you can do pickup but that is not true. The last few years I have taken my daughter there during the summer for shakes on our bikes. From a very rude worker only service to cars as corporate policy. No way for any other service.
But on the bright side Sonic down the road at Nees and Willow will serve you on a bike. They are also cheaper as well. Found a new place to take my daughter for some summer fun.

They need to do what McDonald's does for drive-thru and app pickup the current process is too long. They need to put app parking spaces to remove these customers from the drive-thru line and give the app pickup customers a better experience.

I'm about to be done with Jack in the Box. I don't know if they need more staff or what!? The wait is always incredibly long. If there are 3 cars ahead of you, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive through. THEN once you get you food home be prepared for it to look like it was quickly thrown together in haste, usually with something missing or made wrong.
The food is expensive in my opinion. Forget about anything with chicken. I make much better food myself at home and I pay much less to buy it. If I'm going to pay 6 dollars for a chicken sandwich, it should look appetizing, be put together properly and taste good.
We only eat out once a week, from now on I think we'll stick with another option. Pretty scary when McDonald's is cranking out better quality and better service than this place!
