Kfc

They forgot one of our drinks then heavily scrutinized our receipt to ensure we weren’t trying to get a free soda… The rest was present but the biscuits were hardening around the edges, the fries were not fresh and neither was the chicken. Flavor wasn’t bad but wish it’d been fresher. And that they had given us bbq sauce, ketchup, salt and butter. All they gave us was honey. Fortunately we were headed right home so we had what we needed there. The chocolate chip cookies were pretty good. Nice and soft.

I was so happy to see that the healthier Kentucky Grilled Chicken option is still available to order at this location and it was as flavorful and fresh as I remembered it. I ordered a meal deal that came with sides and buttermilk biscuits. KFC's coleslaw is one of my favorite things to order at KFC, so I chose it for one of my sides. The corn on the cob pieces or "cobettes," were my other choice for a side dish. The employees were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions that I had. My food was prepared quickly and packaged ready to go with everything that I ordered as well as condiments and napkins.

Worst of the worst greasy overflowing with batter always ughh I worked at KFC many years This is bad shame on the franchise owner for allowing this to be this bad !!!!’ I went hoping thing would improve but nope if you want excellent KFC go to the one on McKinley or at River Park on Blackstone This one should just be shut done !!!!!

Normally I don’t do reviews but today was different. I understand there were some difficulties at the store but I waited and hour and it seemed like they forgot and then whoever was the closing manger tonight (3/20/2022) was being very rude to the employees and it seemed like he didn’t know much when another guest was asking questions about the menu
