Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe along with a few other items, today...they gave us a crispy chicken sandwich instead of the burger. Not only was it the wrong sandwich, but the bun was charred black on the bottom and the chicken patty is nothing more than an oversized chicken McNugget. Dry and smaller than the bun, overloaded with lettuce and a doll-up of mayo not even on the bun but on the chicken patty. Not impressed!

I ordered through the app and used my rewards. The app charged me $2.17. When they handed me the receipt, however, I was charged $6.06. The lady helping me called the manager and he had immediately the worst attitude, as if we were trying to cause problems. He said there was nothing he could do about that, that he has no control about what the app does, and that we should call the number on the receipt, which is fine. At that point, we had not even get to the second window to get the food yet, so I asked if he could cancel and he rudely said no, that he can’t cancel an order once it’s been paid for(?), seemed very confused as to why we wanted to cancel the order, and still wanted us to go to the second window, pick up the food and then call the number for a refund. We did call the number, even though we didn’t wanna take the food since it made no sense to eat it, and the lady said she wasn’t sure why he said he couldn’t cancel, but told us to call the number on the app. So we call the number on the app, and it was already closed for customer service. So here we are 2h later trying to still get that money back because of his laziness and overall incompetence, trying to save his time while compromising ours. Usually a manager is required to have the minimum amount of interpersonal skills, but anyway. Do better next time

Placed order in drive thru fine but when I went up to get my order they shorted me a burger. Girl was arguing with me what I ordered. They had to reprinted receipt and she said we weren't charged. Asked to order missing burger and was told I would have to go back around and should have ordered it on the first place. She was giving major attitude. I asked for her name and she said I don't have to give it to you since I'm a minor. I ended up just leaving. A minute later I looked at the receipt and they did charge me for it. Drove back to get the burger inside. I should have checked because burger was made wrong. Will never go back to this location.

Pretty consistent service and food quality overall. Ordered the Spicy Nuggets this trip and I must say that if you like spice, they are far better than the regular nuggets. 🤤 🍟

This is seriously one of the worst ran McDonald’s ever. Ordered a couple of meals through the app. Got to the speaker and and was asked if I was using the app. I replied “yes”. She said she couldn’t hear me, so I spoke loud, clear and slow so she could understand. Then she proceeded to say “well you don’t have to yell”. Very professional. Then at the window they had me wait curbside because obviously fast food isn’t fast anymore. Proceeded to watch the other people in the drive thru as well as 4 others waiting curbside get their order. 2 more people came and waited curbside and they also got their orders while I waited. Finally after nearly 20 minutes someone comes out and asks to see my receipt. After another 5 minutes she brings the order out and says they upgraded my quarter pounder meals to doubles because of the wait. I informed her that I had already ordered double quarter poundes and that she didn’t upgrade anything. Her response? “Oh ok…”

3/14/17 update
Here are the first looks of the McD's new lobby, still no TV to watch while eating.
It's very clean while under construction inside the dinning area. The people are friendly and service is fast.

This McDonald’s has to be managed by some incredibly unintelligent people! They refused service today even though the mask mandate has been lifted effective today! You have to be pretty stupid to believe your little paper face decorations are keeping you safe from covid!

I pre-orders and i got there like 35min after and i still have to waited another 30 mn. The service is very slow and lazy staffs. If you going to eats whoppers your best bet is going somewhere else. Dont bothered here
