Well this review is not just for is not just for this location but for all Baskin Robbins locations. They just have really good ice cream in general. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have a Baskin Robbins location in your area I recommend you stopping by for a tasty treat.

I honestly could not order anything at this place. What a very filthy store !!! PLEASE make time and mop your floors. I will never visit this location again.

Wanted to say thank you to the employees at Baskin Robbins on Peach/Kings canyon. A group of us about 20 stopped by after our Bible Study at our local church. We got there right as they were about to close. Your employee Angelina was so kind and let us all in to order. Your entire staff treated us all very kind and respectful. We truly appreciated your kindness and awesome service. Thank you very much to Angelina and staff, God bless you all. Walked in for ice cream. They were very busy on easter day. Yet they did their best and had great customer service. I would recommend, but prices are a bit high considering you can buy a box for the same price.

This location is going from bad to worse. If I could give it a no star, I would! They always are short on supplies for example waffle cones. Today, the excuse was that they were remodeling and could not make any. Then, I asked for cookies and cream, they said they didn't have any because it was Thursday. Great disappointment from a regular customer.

Milk shake was really good. Service was great. Employees have really adapted to social distancing. They were quick and the line was not long. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Even with 5 people were in line before me.

Very claustrophobic. They shoved a handful of tables in their tiny walkway. Definitely a fire hazard because we could not get out of the store without bumping into tables or other patrons in line getting ice cream. Good selection of flavors though. The girls helping us were super nice.
