Employees are rude and just looks and feels like they are unhappy being there. I had one employee curse at me and another gave me attitude when I tried buying something and the card machine didn't work. I love the products but I don't think I've ever been to a 7-11 where the employees are courteous. I have many bad 7-11 experience. But again. Products are great.

Customer service was so rude. Not only that, I couldn't redeem anything that I had ready to be redeemed. Not only that, the cashier was just sitting down. Used to be better than this. Last time coming to this location. I came here because it was close to home, but I'd rather drive a bit out and get better customer service than this.

Unfortunately my experience here on 3/30/2022 was met by a younger male dressed in normal attire with glasses who was extremely rude, had no sense of displayed deals offered by the store. Wouldnt recognize the fact that its the law to honor such display as advertised, clueless to that fact. After asking three times I had to raise my voice to finally get an explaining of how the reward system works, "by adding phone number" his reply with smart remark was "it doesn't work" and if you are yelling you can leave!" This employee needs to get off his moms sofa, find his father and endure an enormous amount of customer service training!

I like this place when riding my bike it's a great place to stop and get something to drink and it's mostly black and be on my way super quick always seems to be clean.

This is a convenience store.
it has a lot of items a grocery store would have. it just has less of them and is smaller so fewer items and variety of items. it is very functional in this way as many people only need one or two items to be purchased quickly and to be on their way. that being said, 7-11 is very well known and reliable for its layout and contents.
the staff will vary from location to location but i have never had an unpleasant interaction.

Huge selection of all kinds of snacks and goodies. Employees are friendly, helpful and thorough. Can get long lines at times as they see alot of business from the Santa Fe train station patrons and Government workers from around the area at morning/lunch time.

I like this place because it has good pizza t's cooked in 5 minutes and it's a very good deal at 7.99 for a large pepperoni. Customer service is very good and you are out the door in no time with a hot pizza. I get reward points for everything I buy here and it adds up quickly so you can get free soda,icees,chips and candy. Clean, well stocked with a good selection of healthy foods. Love this place!!!

Been a regular at this location the last 4 years. It's one of the busiest 7-11 around! Night time can be sketchy. It is downtown! Overall, the employees are cool and I get my coffee and snack fix there.
Lines can get long due to those working close by and travelers passing through from the Amtrak and Greyhound Station across.
