Just moved back to Fresno after 10+ years. Things here have changed. When I get stellar customer service, I have call it out. We were helped by JJ and he did a fantastic job. So helpful, kind, and considerate. I will definitely be back. I live nearby. This will be my go to sandwich shop.

There are plenty of sub shops but I LOVE Port of Subs. I think they make the best sub with Piemonte's Deli a close tie but they're too far for me so I keep coming back to Port of Subs b/c they taste great!

Was craving a good sandwich and this spot right here is my favorite spot to go. Every time I go in I am always greeted with a friendly face and smile. Today was special because the manager in charge was awesome and her name is Jeannine plue her co-worker and they welcomed me with a smile and provided with excellent customer service. Because of them 2 I will be going back again. Thank you for such awesome customer service.

I am done with this location I dont know if new management or what. The last three times i ordered they didnt grill a hot sub!! From the hot sub menu! Makes no sense!
This last time was the final straw they can feel the bread when they make the sandwich and they pretty much made me a brick!! 🤬 bread was hard this the type of bread frodo takes on his long trips to save the world on top of that my tooth implant popped out😡.

Not to sound dramatic but this is THEE BEST port of subs in Fresno . I’ve gone to others because it’s close , but after so many disappointments, I literally drive clear across town just to come to this port of subs! Always always fresh ! The bread isn’t flaky and flakes off as you bite it like others . Meat and cheese and veggies are like no other, the oil and vinegar .. it’s all so fresh ! Idk but that guy that makes the sandwiches has it down !
