There's been countless occurances that I've disregard, but I've had it. From missing items to incorrectly made food. Asked for fresh toasted chalupas, but got a hard ugly brown one that's inedible. Requested extra toppings on a NBG but didn't get it. Requested all toppings on a NBG to be on the side, but didn't get it. Asked for breakfast salsa but got green sauce instead. Missing a whole combo, but I happen to get the drink that comes with the combo. Something they didn't do is ask if the order is correct. That is why items are missing and people didn't get their food right. It's just disappointing.

The tacos were terrible. Shells all broken. Filling tasted weird and it was all mushy. I won’t go to that one again. The machine asked for my pin, then wouldn’t take it. Stupid waste of time.

Line wise is great no body is ordering from there. The food is ok. I go there in the morning so not to sit in line to long. But the prices are not that worth it tbh.

This establishment doesn’t even deserve 1 star much less the whole business! The managers will literally argue with you about who is right and who is wrong! The general manager ‘calixo’ lies and doesn’t really care about complaints!!! Don’t waste your time buying here!!! Because if they mess up your order they don’t care to fix it!

1st time I received unfriendly service at this store and my tacos had no meat just lettuce and cheese. Down hill like the other sites ,what happened.

Too many times they close the dining room at lunch time so if you order mobile your out your $. Even called customer service line and nothing ever happened.
