Review Kfc - Fresno

So, we decided we wanted to try the Chicken Tenders at KFC so my husband picked up the 12 piece meal on his way home from work. He got home and we got everything ready to eat and opened the bucket of Tenders? they were the size of a finger and tough and tasteless. OMG simply awful, I thought they are supposed to be Tenders or strips not prehistoric fingers so hard we couldn't eat them and the bill was over $52 for food we couldn't even chew. My husband stopped by the next day after work with pictures of the so called Food and the receipt. They told us there was nothing they could do, they needed the chicken and the receipt back. So, we live in Coarsegold and couldn't bring the stuff back the same day. We are out $52 bucks for this so called Food we couldn't even eat. They did nothing so KFC we are done, you don't care about your customers or their families just that almighty dollar. I am telling everyone what a joke you guys are and to not get the petrified chicken tenders? We were lucky we didn't lose a tooth trying to eat these things what a sad waste of money. Never Again First picture is what they have on the menu. The rest are what we actually got.

Had to return the first order, looked old and burnt. They did replace it with fresh chicken. Then I had t to wipe down a table to sit at. Not impressed with this location.

I was passing by felt like Chicken and usually at kfc i get really hard overly crunchy dried chicken but this location does it right. Soft and tender melt in your mouth meat with FLAVOR! meat comes off easily off the bone no struggle at all. oh and the place is clean. plus their corn is not greased up with oil just clean and healthy corn

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that it look old, like if it was made like 3 hour before I ordered and they gave me some sad fries there's a pic 👇👇, come on KFC you guys can do better.

They had a full crew working tonight! The guys a ladies keep it pretty clean in the dine in what you can see of the kitchen area. They were ready for the dinner rush had enough ready to constantly fill orders coming in at a steady pace. It was nice not to be told, we ran out, we did put fresh chicken on and it will be a 15 to 20min.wait and it's barely 5:10! This guys were refreshing and polite!

Half effort made food, too much pickles and mustard in my sandwhich, no spoons handed out to me and had a broken soda machine with only mountain dew avaliable.

Today I ordered 8 piece crispy chicken plus 8 piece tender meal was given the wrong one at first they had gave me only the 8 piece without tenders for $30 and I specifically asked for the one with tenders in it and they told me I had to order online for that and I had to get app to get the deal I was asking for and ordered it on there which was a hassle because my phone was on 10% so I had to rush ... I had to get a refund for my 1st order they don't let you get substitutes on the app either but they were kind enough to swap out something for what I wanted because I asked before hand... anyways that was my experience and it took longer than it should have.

Dried-out bun, dry chicken strips, no butter, ketchup or dipping sauces provided with Strips n Fries Combo Meal. Will not eat here again.
