I JUST got home, against my better judgment did not check order. Offered to upgrade my orders to a LARGE. Instead of 2 LARGE fries I received only one Almost LARGE fry spit in half (refer to pics) old petrified tenders , and no sauce! $20 + down the drain. I tried contacting location on KIngs Canyon Rd, busy signal the phone is off the hook as not have to answer to or resolve issues resulting from poor business practices. So it’s makes more sense for KFC HIRED help to cheat customers , ($20+) than to do their job and prepare orders, and or communicate/clarify shortages/out of stock rather than UPSELLING almost empty containers.
It’s no so much about the fries the intentional cheating .. Why upsell an item they know full well is low and or not available.. Just out of convenience?! I understand there are certain practices and procedures employees must follow in regards to inventory, I get it however if laziness isn’t the issue , than KFC on Kings Canyon Rd should consider closing earlier if low or no inventory leaves employees having to resort to ripping customers off or at least train them to be honest and communicate menu options. Not upsell/swindle all with a rude attitude .. I do not recommend this particular location. Don’t waste your Time, GAS, or $$$$$

So horrible service here horrible maniger can't do anything literally had all the customers wait 30 to 40 min everyone mad chicken low and she waits till ordering to drop more to cook intop of that workers moving so slow big line waiting I am contacting coporet

So the drive thru was pretty busy so it took about 10-15 minutes give or take but the food was good for kfc...no complaints

Drive thru order. I asked the lady 2 times if the order in the bag was correct. She assured me both times that it was. Imagine my surprised when I got home and found my macaroni and cheese missing . Also not a single napkin nor was there butter that I specifically asked for for my biscuits that I ordered I'm really disappointed and I hope that none of my friends go to this KFC. I'm certain it's a oversight by somebody who may or may not know what they're doing but it's not acceptable and especially when you ask twice. I should have known better and checked my bag myself. Thanks for doing less than the bare minimum KFC

I purchased the nine piece thighs and legs.
I only received 2 thighs and the rest legs. They should do an advertising about legs and 2 thighs.

We bought the 14 pieces original and came home look at the chicken it is crispy chicken. They need to organize their people on the floor and do a better job next time given customers the correct food.

Still good food, but we ate inside and most of the tables weren't clean. We had to ask for someone to clean one for us.
