Mcdonald's

They are always busy during meals times. Wish they were open to order inside when lines are long. Last time I was there, I ordered my hamburger "My Way". Told her 2x. When I went to eat it, it wasn't made the way I ordered it. I had to drive back to restaurant, I found a sweet girl who let me in to wait while they remade my hamburger. She gave me a apple pie for my trouble. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Seriously?! I understand if you don’t have apple pie but asking me if I want something else and then not bringing it it’s just straight up disrespectful There was already one Powerade on my order I asked for a second one and didn’t bring me one just remove the item from my order I’m sorry but that’s the last time I’m ever going to McDonald’s again 2/27/22

Drive through and order at 9:53 pm and was told to park. Waited 40+ minutes and my order not even ready. I call and ask for my order and they say that my order didn't go through and that I got the wrong number. I told them I have the receipt to prove. Finally got my order at 10:46 pm. What a waste of my time. I would definitely give this Mc Donald a big ZERO.

McDonald's in general is just the worst in customer service and they are notorious for forgetting your food. But this McDonald's, on Kingscanyon is the worst by far. A worker by the name of Larry stood in the drive-thru window arguing with me over sauce because he wanted me to go park for sauce that I paid for. The time he stood there arguing with me, he could have given me the sauce and I've gone on my way since he was complaining about his drive-thru time. All this after I waited 10 minutes for my food. Horrible. I'm sure this review will just be ignored too. Good customer service comes from the top.

If I could give this McDonald's location zero stars, I would. Its only about a mile from our house, which is the ONLY reason we keep going... LITERALLY EVERY time I order anything more than a drink, they either mess it up somehow, or it takes them FOREVER. Or both. Like tonight: nothing we ordered was difficult or altered, and they weren't even busy. They handed me the drinks then immediately had us park in a reserve spot. 15 minutes later, I went in to see what was taking so long. Our entire order was sitting on the back counter, just waiting to be brought out. Then the manager gives me some BS line about having to cook the eggs fresh. Because it takes 15 minutes to cook eggs?! Then I asked how long it'd been sitting there and he said it "just came up". Not surprisingly, all of our food was cold after our short 2 minute drive home. (Like so cold the pancakes couldn't even melt softened butter!) Also, note the sad McChicken with almost no lettuce or mayo. 🙄 I'm ABSOLUTELY NOT exaggerating when I say they mess up 90% of the time. Then they cop an attitude if you point out that they messed up. Even if you do so nicely. WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!
