They are the slowest “fast” food place in Fresno. Their customer service skills are less than one star if I could give it. They always get the order wrong. These workers DEFINITELY need more training or SOMETHING! Do better LADIES🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

I like Burger King but the drive-thru only had 1 person in front of me. Felt like we waited 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us. Finally someone answered and she did apologize but when I got my fries they where cold. I love my fries I was a little disappointed. I think they need more help. I'm not giving up on BK things will get better.

The drive thru here is a mess. Their headsets or outside speaker don’t work well because they can never hear my order. Once I got my order I had to park and wait over 15 min just to receive my drink because it was apparently to hard to pour during my time at the drive thru window. The meat on the burger was barely warm, but not enough to melt the cheese on the burger. Would not recommend this location.

Today, I had a busy day ahead and I wanted to order a Burger for breakfast since I knew I wouldn’t get a chance to grab lunch later. When I asked if I could order a Burger at breakfast, they said no, even though Burger King advertises a burger for breakfast. It is 8:30 am, I wanted to order coffee, they said they didn’t have coffee, so I ordered juice. When I pulled up to the window, I asked if they are the only store who doesn't allow burgers to be ordered at breakfast. The gentleman responded “oh, you can, but starting at 9:30”. I come here at different times of the day and can say the lunch staff is definitely more trained than the morning staff. Today, I didn’t understand why I couldn’t order a burger since I was the only car in line. To top it off, when I arrived to work and opened my food, it was cold.

Trust the reviews for this place. They ALWAYS mess up the orders and never take accountability for it. When you try to correct THEIR mistake you get attitude or some kid saying he's from another location and he doesn't know how to do things there. That they don't know how to do any of it is correct. I basically over paid to get an incorrect order they won't fix because it's not in their policy to do so. Your best bet is calling corporate and hope they fix their kids mistakes.

This is the worst BK I have ever seen. I will NEVER go there again. The stories will take more time to tell than the place is worth. My advice... don't order "it your way". Apparently special orders do upset them, so they just don't make them til you get in their face. The Whopper is still my favorite burger, but not from this BK.

NO DRIVE-THROUGH AT 8PM!!!!! Sat at the drive-through for 10 minutes with one person ahead of my boyfriend and I. And one person behind us. Another 5 minutes go by...... and the person finally drove through and we pulled up to the intercom to start our order. And yet again waited and waited and waited. Another freaking 10 minutes. Stupid. We drove through to see maybe if the system was down and that we had to order in person. There were people and employees inside but the didn't seem to care or feel the need to be bothered by letting anyone know that the drive-through was closed. Well anyway, we were too hungry too go somewhere else. So we ended up going inside. I think the employees had their family or someone they knew really well there ordering food. So yet another 20 minutes go by and we finally order and get our food. I about inhaled my French fries 🍟 😋 because I was STARVING. So other than the whole drive-through debacle and timing bullcrap. Omg their French fries and onion rings were so freaking hot and fresh. It's rare that you get fresh hot fries at any fastfood place lately. So that's why I gave them a couple stars. But come one..... it was like 8:30 or so at night!!!! And no message or sign or anything saying that the drive-through was closed and only orders taken were inside. So bewear, drive-through at night doesn't ever work!!!!!

Waited 20mins at the front counter (I was the only customer in the lobby) and watched 6 cars be taken care of in drive thru. Nobody was parked (meaning they all got their orders.)They gave out 3 different orders of chicken sandwiches, which was what I ordered. This BK needs better managers. "Don't overwhelm yourself." I could hear one saying. Which I agree with, however... Prioritizing drive thru and leaving your lone customer in the lobby waiting over 20mins isn't acceptable, IMO. I had to actively ask if they forgot about my order. I usually avoid this BK, but thought maybe it improved. I was wrong. Go elsewhere.
