Went and got a happy meal/chocolate milk for my daughter and when we got home my daughter stated that the chocolate milk tasted terrible, so I looked at the date and it was expired.

I got 1/2 inch fries and blackened (too much grease) fried deluxe chicken sandwich, when I ask for new one, the workers became super lewd. I don't know but they shouldn't expect customer to just accept their bad services.
I would never go there again, avoid if you have to, they expect you to eat basically left over or left-long-time food

Management at this location focuses on production opposed to good quality service. As I waited on my order, I was observing the manager, with a bitter look on her face, ordering the young, and obviously, poorly trained employees, like they were veteran workers there. It was obvious that they were new. Instead of taking her time and providing assistance and training, she scolded her and continued to rush her under an already stressful situation. The poor young girl was bouncing from the register to the fries to the drive through window to just get scolded over and over being told she needed to hurry. Obviously if you rush someone with no knowledge they will continously make mistakes. I hope the district office reads these reviews. As many complaints as this restaurant has on this site, I'm surprised they haven't shut this location down. Or at least have their managers trained on how to provide proper training to their employees.

The drive thru worker was very rude. It's McDonald's so of course there is a line. This dive thru has the two sides to it making two lines merging into one once you get to the window. It was taking a while for us to get up to the part where they take your order. Once we did get up there we waited and no one came on the intercom. The vehicle at the second line was ordering so I figured I will just wait until they are done. Once that car from the second intercom drove up I still didn't hear anyone so I said hello. The drive be thru worker said " I will be right with you" so I said ok, then the next car at the second intercom drove up because they were also done ordering. I said "Hello?" Again and drive thru worker again said "I will be right with you". This happened for a total of 4 cars on the second intercom ordering and driving up to the window all without me even placing my order. After saying hello a third time then the drive be thru worker finally took my order. After I paid for it and got to the second window he know one even recognized I was there and basically threw me my food. I didn't say anything because I wanted to write a review for this particular McDonald's

You would expect a fast food place that has been around for decades to provide proper training to their employees, especially the managers!! They provide no guidance or direction to their employees at this location. The managers expect their employees to "just get it". In turn, these young, inexperienced workers provide horrible service to customers. Horrible service starts with bad management!! I observed a manager scolding a young employee at the front counter and called her "slow". Not physically, but mentally slow. The devastated young girl stood there in disbelief. I felt sorry for her. I just walked out. This is unacceptable behavior from a superior! I can only imagine what those employees at that location go through! Lack of management and leadership reflects through their customer service. SMH.....

Never really had any problems at this location. Till the other day. I thought they were not open. And I honk my Horn 📯📯📯📯📯 at the drive thru. And got chewed out for it by the cashier ( won't mention him by name). But it was embarrassing for the both of us I guess. He probably was having a hard day. I really wasn't trying to be rude by honking ( Sorry 😔😔 Ronald) But for the most part they always have pretty good service. Just remember don't honk your Horn 📯📯 at the drive thru it hurts their ears 👂👂👂👂👂

I am very disappointed! I order 2 McDouble and one of the McDouble came with BigMac sauce, Bacan and lettuce. Do not go to this place.
