Review Davincis Pizza - Fresno

Been getting pizza from this location for years do to it being great. But yesterday was a whole different story! The 2 large pizza's I ordered were paper thin (didn't order thin crust; wasn't asked either) and full of grease; dripping! And hardly any toppings. Looks like we will be having to find another pizza place to go to. Note: the store Manager did call me to apologize for the quality of pizza I received and comped my order to redeem whenever I would like. I redeemed 1 and it was somewhat better but nothing like what they used to be. You would think with the horrible experience the workers would be sure to make a quality good looking pizza to be sure to keep this customer that wasn't happy. But then again that should be every item that leaves out of there. Such a shame to see that the quality has gone downhill or it's just that the employees don't care! Hope my next comped pizza is better. It will be the deciding factor if I order again.

Awesome pizza!!! Great crust and good fresh tasty toppings. However, if you order online for delivery, you MUST DOUBLE the time they say you will receive it at your home. It's usually still warm though. They have good pick-up specials that are guaranteed to be hot. Update - I found that if you call after ordering online to ask for estimated delivery, they will go check the machine and not miss your order and usually gets delivered in 45 minutes.

I've been going to this DaVinci's pizza for years. Well actually my wife likes Me-N-Eds, which I think shouldn't even be called pizza. Over the years, this pizza parlor has been pretty consistent, but I had noticed less and less toppings on the pizza. Last night's pizza was loaded, no bare spots of crust, tons of cheese. It was awesome!! Really good.

To whom ever it concerns me and my family use to love di Vinci pizza and would regularly order from them for years but recently the first and Nees location we would order from closed so our orders where sent to willow location . When we order our regular order first the driver forgets our sides and the ones he did bring where crushed and spilled in back but was worse is when we started eating the pizza we found hair in the pizza. This was in not just one of our Slices but all 4 of us found some . When I called to complain the gm jeff just excused us of lying when we weren’t asking for money back but order redone . For this me and my daughters will never order from them again and recommend you don’t as well Or eventually you’ll have to deal with this issue with pizza and there gm JEFF

I ordered large combination pizza on the phone.Im a long time customer. I only had a large bill the young man on the phone said no problem 2 times he'd send change.Pizza came no change called store they wanted me to wait for pizza to come back again with change probably cold.I said I can't go to the store for change just had 2 knee surgeries. I try to place orders since they hang up on me every time why is this my fault and are the owners ok with this type of treatment of their customers ?

We used to get pizzas every week from this place. but recently it's really gone downhill and I don't think the employees really care about the customers. Sorry but we go to Me-n-Ed's in Dii Ciccos now. I should not have to wait at the store for almost 40 minutes for my pizza order.

Terrible service; almost 2 hours after we ordered delivery they said hey had the wrong number. Then they said it was our fault they had the wrong number. Refused to deliver pizza and would not issue a refund. Reported as fraud to our bank.

First time having Da Vinci’s pizza and I must say I am super impressed. Crust and cheese very tasty. Pizza came piping hot too. Highly recommend.
