Went during lunch to pick up 2 cheeseburgers. Once I got to the window I was parked which is fine but then I noticed all 3 cars behind me were also parked. Why are you going to park all of us if you don’t have anyones food? That doesn’t make the line go fast it puts more work on the employees. This wasn’t the fault of the workers it was management. While I was at the window I noticed the manager telling the worker to park me. Management should know that you should only park people if you have the next persons food ready. Management should also come up with a system to hand out the food to the parked cars correctly. I was given the wrong order and then had to wait even longer for my order after the accidentally gave it to the wrong person.

I always order drive thru - Breakfast, or lunch. The parking lot is narrow, be careful driving through. The speed of service is shockingly quick, for how busy it looks. Food has always been hot, and the employees have been courteous.

My breakfast was hot and served to me and my best friend quickly. and my coffee was exactly as I asked the employee to make it. Perfect on the creamer and splenda. Thank you for making my breakfast experience wonderful on my day off from work..

Went through the drive thru during breakfast and was skipped twice. Once I placed my order and paid for my food, I was told to wait at a parking stall for my orange juice. I literally waited outside for 15 minutes until I went inside for my beverage and the employees there completely forgot about me smh. Terrible service and poor leadership/management.

I really enjoy how instead of changing out the soup so there customers can actually get the kind of soda he just paid you for they would rather just tell there customer there out of that kind of soda. Way to go guys. Super lazy

Every time my son uses his debit card it’s denied and there’s sufficient funds !!! I think they should update their equipment!! OK!!!

I redeemed my points for a large caramel Frappuccino and not only did they gave me my order, they also gave me 2 free burgers! I've denied the burgers twice in not 3 times, but the person doing curbside insisted I just take the burgers so I took them. I wonder if the customers who ordered those canceled on those and they just wanted to get rid of it. 🤷♀️
