If I could give no stars I would. Worst KFC in Fresno. Their reason for the chicken being pink and bloody was because it's original and it's like that sometimes. If I want more we'll done cooked chicken to extra crispy. I wish I was joking.... avoid this place at all costs.
The only good things about the 3 piece tender combo were the soda, the biscuit, the fries and the BBQ sauce.
The tenders were mostly breading and were miniscule. Most definitely *not* worth the $$$.
Would've been a higher rating if they had put gravy in the bag for order # 5410064. Should probably make sure everything is in there before sealing the pick up order bag. Customer assuming everything is in there. Can't enjoy mash potatoes without gravy. Chicken and everything else was fine.
Pricey meals! Drive up order was wrong! It's frustrating to arrive home with the wrong sides even when they are correct on the sales receipt. One should be by able to trust this, right? Also the coleslaw was packed in the box with hot mashed potatoes & hot chicken pieces on top... coleslaw won't
Nice store very nice employee's, polite friendly and professional they helped me to choose a family meal my order was 100% complete when I got home, fresh fried chicken 🍗 coleslaw very yummy.
They took a long time for someone to take my order mac and cheese was cold and original chicken didn't look tasty like it was cooked in old oil tasted worser than it looked don't know why I keep hoping for something different.
I had a big order. They gave me all thighs when I needed legs. I have a bunch of kids. The chicken Littles were old. The only thing that was hot were 2 out of the 6 sides. Smh.
