I ordered their chicken sandwich and they burnt my bread. The fries for three of my meals were all soft and cold. I ordered a sweet tea and they gave me a tea unsweetened. I also ordered a cheeseburger Happy meal. They gave me a regular hamburger. Happy meal. Not going to this McDonald's anymore
Fries in 2 Happy Meals plus 3rd order dry and unfresh. BBQ sauce pack unsealed, with peel-off cover partially opened. Cheeseburgers were good. Disappointing visit. Maybe we received two "Unhappy Meals".
My daughter ordered a quarter pounder and her sandwich was tossed everywhere and it had a ton of mayonnaise in it, My granddaughter ordered a Mc double sandwich and her cheese & meat was falling out of the bread. My nuggets were the only ones that were in tacked and it's not like they were buzy cuz
Great drive thru but what I ordered was the new chicken sandwich and got the smallest 5 dollar piece of chicken . It's brunt and it looks child sized. I will not order another one of horrible sized sandwich again should of gotten a mcchicken at this point at least it would have been bigger. Looks l

Cold food and bad coustoer Service. Didn't realize the food was room temperature / Cold even though we asked for FRESH until we got on the freeway. Called and was told we should of brought it back right away ... Didn't I just say we went straight to the freeway?
Terrible food,they take no pride in quality of food.
