Review Davincis Pizza - Fresno

Worst pizza place in town. I have been ordering pizza for months from here. The pizza is not the best but I always prefer to give business to the small companies to help grow small businesses. I ordered some time ago and sent my husband for pick up. My 3 years old was playing with my phone so when my husband came back he told me he didn’t make it and they were already closed. I called the next morning and apologized and offered to pay for the pizza and get another one. The person on the phone seem no to know what I was talking about so just took my order and they deliver it. I called today and the manager was so rude telling me I wanted their food and money and that she will not take my order didn’t even listen to me and hung up on me. Be careful worst customer service ever I would tell all ny friends that live in the area stop ordering from them and I will order from Domino’s now on. I have never experienced something like this she dig not know if we had an emergency maybe I had to go to the hospital. We are human this can happen to anyone I have never seen a customer service like this with a customer that has been ordering for months twice a week almost

Manager is not customer friendly! Told me my pizza will be ready in 25 minutes and when I got there to pick it up she told me my pizza was not ready and had to wait another 10-15 minutes, she didn't even apologize for the wait and had a rude attitude. She also took my order over the phone and she didn't have any customer service skills at all!! I was thinking about just requesting a refund but I still wanted to try the pizza for the first time so I decided to wait the extra 10-15 minutes thinking maybe it would be worth it, but nope, I had better pizza elsewhere at same price or for less $$$, It was definitely my first and last time going there, I was very disappointed...

My delivery order was incomplete. They delivered the pizza and not the salad. When i called them they did bring the salad back out but it was wrong. They gave me a container of just greens and no toppings ot no meats. When i called them again they said it was the responsibility of the customer to tell them to add the tomatoes, cheese and meats. Horrible customer service. If i can give no stars i would.

Just got a pizza home from here, first off the price was 11.99 for a family soze on Google and they charged $18 I got the pizza home the chees had slid off the top along woth all the grease that I could ell on the way home.

Now that both the DaVincis on Herndon and the other on Ashlan are gone this may be the last Davinci in the Fresno area, but you know what...it may be the BEST!!! Fast service and delicious DaVinci Pizza! Honestly it's always a great time here.

Employees are killing this place. Let’s on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up and called back, when they finally answered they hung up on me. So I went across street to have Marcos for first time. I won’t be missing Davincis, cuz it’s going to be out of business soon. Too bad for sleeping owners.

Pizza is excellent. The Roman is definitely one of the best pizzas I ever had. And Chicken Wings are great compared to other pizza places. ONLY DRAWBACK.... I can't give a 5 star cus pizza is definitely pricey. Like more than 40 for one Large+ A dozen chicken wings.

I will give them one star because is very important for me the restaurant is clean more than who is food is delicious. They make awesome pizza but when I order last time I looked at them and they didn’t use the gloves and the other important thing I asked for was my pizza to don’t contaminated with meat or a clean cutter I don’t think they did it. For me, I don’t think I will back to them again.
