The delivery truck (a semi truck) blocked all but one of the spaces reserved for curbside pickup and most of the parking lot. You would think that a brand new building would have had a better design for deliveries.

In the drive thru for 35 minutes for 2 caramel frappes got them and they are all melted like drinking tap water. Not the 1st time had this problem will not be back.

Going through the drive threw. I asked for a cookies and cream milkshake along with my order, they tell me that they didn't have it so I asked what do they have? They say vanilla and chocolate so I said I'll take a chocolate then. I drive up to pay then they tell me that they don't even have those either. I'm like why did you just say you had it then say you don't? I just canceled my whole order and left. They could of just said that the first time.

Stood there 10 minutes without being helped then order through that app since no one was helping me. Went to go wash my hands both bathrooms out of order. Hand sanitize dispenser empty. Get my food it was cold. Went to ask for a refil and they refused saying the no longer do refill. This is the closest one to my house and I will no longer go there.

Ordered our food, and used a coupon. Once we got to the window, the cashier messed up by clicking that we were going to pay with cash instead of card. She then calls a manager and the manager. They didn't apologize whatsoever. Instead the manager asked if we had any sort cash because she couldn't figure out how to charge our card. The manager made it seem like it was our fault and said that she was just going to charge us the original amount before the coupon and there was nothing else she could do.

Spent 4 months reconstruction of their lobby and closed it down during construction but don’t allow you to sit down wait on your order when they are busy there is no point in the reconstruction in the first place

Burgers are always good, I have to say though your night shift fry maker has given me under cooked fries 3 times. I order here every few weeks.

when the presenter tell you that there's ketchup in the bag...they only put one ketchup packet in the bag for a freaken large fries....are you kidding me? who eats a large fries with one ketchup packet lol...them lazy workers doesn't want to refill the ketchup container. So yall better check your bag before you leave. I appreciate those that had given me at least 3 packet.
