Review Mcdonald's - Fresno

They finally got my order right but the girl working the drive thru and window needs a new job. You can tell she's miserable and she shouldn't take it out on others that she works fast food but her own.

So I've done a review on this particular Mickey D's before, and i gave them the benefit of the doubt. However in keeping with being real honest in my reviews im going to shoot it straight. So i dropped in for breakfast and opted to go inside.....bad move! There were about four people waiting for their orders and the counter was clear so i walked up. After five minutes of waiting, i got nothing two customers came in behind me. Another five minutes and not even an acknowledgement or maybe a " we will be right with you". Nothing however one of the employees did have time to spend talking to a friend at the far end. After fifteen minutes i walked away and out, followed by another would be customer who i then realized had been waiting before me. So i got in my car drove over to Taco Bell and got my order in five minutes. So i know they are really busy in the drive thru, but customer service is a must in my book after all a simple smile and acknowledgement will go a long way. So on this one im going to have to say. If you need your food quick maybe don't go here. If you expect good customer service like i do, that is also a no go. All in all i can really only give them a 👎

This McDonald's is always slow and we always seem to be unlucky enough to have to pull into the parking stall waiting 10 mins + for a few items. Homeless is a problem too in this area.

My wife and I were on our way back to Modesto from Nevada on 2/4/22 and stopped for a quick dinner a little before 7:00 PM. When we went in we wanted to use the bathrooms but we had to order first because bathrooms are for customers only. I ordered at the kiosk because there are usually fewer mistakes than ordering from the cashier. After ordering it took nearly ten minutes for them to open the bathrooms. They finally let us use them after I threatened to pee in a corner. After we used the bathrooms we were waiting on our food. Then we were asked if we wanted to order something and I told them I had ordered at the kiosk. She said there was no order. Then she asked for my receipt which I wasn’t given. The kiosk did not print one. I showed the charge in my bank account on my phone but that didn’t help. I was basically called a liar and stolen from by these employees. I never did get my food but the charge still shows on my account. I wouldn’t eat here if it was free. I’ve also contacted McDonalds corporate to see what they plan on doing. If I don’t get satisfaction I will definitely escalate this. It’s too bad a small group of low IQ workers can have such a huge impact on the quality of service a company provides. Or in this case doesn’t provide.

Good food and prices as expected, but get rid of the homeless people begging for money in the parking lot. There is some things you can do about it, but you have to be vigilant about it. Team up with the store in your parking lot and be rid of these issues, there are places for them to go, panhandling on private property is illegal and costing you business.

Understanding that there is a shortage of people working I can understand if there is delays but then this happened. I went thru the drive thru and was told to park in a certain spot only to find someone there already. Long story short my order was given to that car and it took them 3 different tries and about 40 mins later to get my order somewhat right keep in mind talk about fast food.

Dining area is filthy at least 20 flies maybe more....there are ways to keep flies to a minimum...try looking up the options...also they killed the flies before with a spray and left a bunch of dead flies everywhere...over twenty flies is way to much

I'm going to pass on this location in the future. Only one drive thru lane, out of what I tried to order originally, then gave me a 4 piece nugget when I ordered and paid for a 6. That was the only thing I ordered aside from a water.
