Review Togo's - Fresno

My wife and I happened on a Togo’s subs on Willow Ave. Our experience was exceptional. The young woman who made our sandwich was engaging and professional. Our Italian subs were really good. We also were impressed with the use of recycled paper bags instead of plastic. 110% better than Subway. How far did we come for a Togo sub? We came from a Viroqua Wisconsin. Thanks again Togos.

I love the sandwiches at this place. My favorite is the Turkey with avocado. But the best part is they throw lots of meat on it and its super fresh. I really don't know why more people don't go here. The cookies and bakery stuff is great also.

Came in for a sandwich. Good ol hot pastrami. I appreciate that the bread here is soft enough that biting into your sandwich doesn't cause everything to fall out the other side.

Nicest people I’ve encountered in a very long time. Great for conversation. Really nice. I needed to borrow a pair of scissors and scotch tape and they helped me out without hesitation. Most people would tell you no. Great food and great people. Highly recommend eating here! They also have a Baskin Robbins inside this ToGos so get your dessert on, too!

Worse service EVER had at one of the Togo's locations. the Manager named Sonia at the FRESNO store provided me the WORSE SERVICE EVER! She was so disrespectful when the store she completely ignored me and walked right pass me until I told her I had a ''TO GO'' order, then when I got to my location after I paid I noticed my food was made wrong and she had the nerve to tell me '' I was lying they made it correct, and that I don't know how to use the online ordering, every time i tired to let them know my issue she's just kept saying she right on not the customer and all I wanted was for her to just remake my wrap with out what I wanted on it and she got so nasty and when I adv that I wanted to talk to someone else she stated '' NO you have to talk to me'' when I asked for her information to do a complaint she handed the problem to an employee a freakn employee not a manager or anything higher than her like come one if your being a weirdo what do you think an employee getting paid minimum wage going to do for me . BY FAR the ugliest experience I've ever had. I even had this same location cater for my job because we all lover there sandwiches my company would not be ordering from this place again.

Went in for lunch and got a soup and salad. I started to eat my salad and I found rotten salad that was brown and soggy, I was he'll no I told them I wanted my money back it was wrong of the to serve food like that. I am not happy with this outcome serving bad food to people. You guys could have made me really sick. I did not finish my food I just walked out. People if you see a worker plucking things from your food don't eat there. I did not know until after the fact when my husband told me.

I love this place over any other sandwich place.

Family owned and operated. The wife has been the manager for years. The husband started working at the location this last year when their son moved out of the area. Very nice people. They treat their employees and customers with respect.
