First of all the staff were very helpful and crazy quick to bring me my food. No issues there, but when you charge me $4 an asada taco I would expect better than this. The choice of meat i received was a bit on the chewy side. Wouldnt of noticed if the meat bits were cut smaller or if quality was higher. The amount of meat to tortilla ratio is something to be desired as well. Overall i just dont feel justified to what i paid/received.

Not worth the money! The tacos are average, nothing special, but over priced. You can get better beer batter fish tacos at Wahoos for a better price. The place looks nice on the inside but was pretty much empty when we got there during dinner time. If you want some real tacos, go to Taco Tijuana! :)

Good fast customer service. Ordered a side of rice. Definitely could tell from the first bite that rice was undercooked. Could taste come hard rice but the spanish rice is tasty. Manger down to earth and takes care of the customer. Definitely will come back

Tacos were excellent. One chicken and one pastor. Black beans and lime white rice. Great service too. XFL on the big screen 👍

The owner better get a handle on this place real fast. Under staffed on the line, out of bowls at 5:30. Seriously, you literally can't order one of the main items because they don't have a physical container to serve it in.
And I just watched a worker dump "most" of what was in my burrito into a new tortilla because she couldn't wrap it. Even the guy behind me looked at and said "are you still going to pay for that?". Speaking of paid. I just paid $7 for a quesadilla, for those that don't know, that's a tortilla with cheese in it. For $7 I could have purchase a whole pack of tortillas and a block of cheese and made 12 quesadillas. My money would have been better spent next door on a pizza or a sandwich. The Clovis location at its busiest has not had these problems. The picture shows the only bowl they could offer me. Like the first tortilla from my burrito, this one will be going on the trash when it's empty also. I would avoid this location until they sort out their issues. And I might avoid it all together. Just as easy to go to Chipotle.
Edit-1:
I have to say that I'm a little surprised that after 6 months of this review being up there hasn't been a response from the owner or manager. I plan to stop in sometime soon to see if they are on track because the food is pretty good. I know that from the Clovis store. But a simple sorry from someone in management would go a long way in situations like this. Maybe they don't Google themselves very often. (Tip of the day, if you work in customer service, Google your business once a month to see what people have to say about you.)
Edit-2:
So I appreciate the response, albeit incredibly late. To clear some things up. I originally reviewed your restaurant when you first opened it. That was 6 months from my first edit to this response which is why it was showing as only weeks old. I saw another reviewer comment on a pretty bad experience and decided to edit my original post instead of posting a response or new review. (I could have just posted another review and brought your rating down even more, but I don't think that would be fair)
As far as the cost of selling food in a restaurant environment goes, I know several owners/operators/chef's in the valley and my uncle owned an upscale Italian restaurant that used to operate in the valley, which I spent a large part of my life in. I know fully how much the markup should be on the food you are selling and what your potential cost is based on the area and volume of business you are doing through the local distributors. What you should understand better is your location and your competition that sits across the parking lot. Without promoting another business in your review thread I can say that they sell a cheese quesadilla for about half the cost that you do. The place right next door sells a whole pizza with any toppings for $1.50 more than your tortilla with cheese.
I think the important part of my review still stands. I watched an employee throw out almost half the contents of my burrito because she couldn't wrap it up properly. It was so blatant that the guy behind me asked if I was still going to pay for it. Although she heard the comment, I still paid for it. I feel like I gave your place a pretty fair shake. In return I got over charged for normally inexpensive items and provided with less than I paid for because of lack of stock and lack of experience. Please don't forget that everyone's time is valuable and I spent more than I ever should have waiting for your people to get there act together. Which they did not do in my presence that night. For the burrito alone I should have been offered a discount. At my billable rate for the half hour that I stood in your restaurant doing absolutely nothing I could have taken my family to Olive Garden next door and been out in the same time.
I don't want you to think I want free food from this. The apology was nice and I appreciate it. But it should have come days after my experience, not months. Good luck in your endeavors.

The food overall was acceptable but the lack of seasoning and some of it was kind of disappointing yeah and some of it was kind of disappointing. My beans were very flavorless my beans were very flavorless and I had to put salt myself get to become palatable. The talk of themselves was very good but remember it's a whole meal remember it's a whole meal when you're ordering out or eating in that count.

This is a great place to go if you just want food ASAP. My family ate from here today and I was not blown away, but not disappointed either. All I would say is that I would like their Pollo Asado to taste more fresh than it did. Also the rice was a bit hard and a bit bland. I would eat from here again, but only if I need food in a pinch. Thank you for feeding my family Chronic Tacos 😊
