It was 11.50pm June 12 2022. They close at 12. The girl we had 2 cars in front of us she took their order but not ours. The girl working there said we r not taking anymore orders. I said you still have 10minutes to close and we r the last car but she didn't took our order. I have worked in food for many years. She could have taken our order but she didn't. Just wanted to report this poor customer service. No hard feelings. But when someone is hungry and trying to get to the restaurant before it's closed at least the employees could do their job and serve the customers. That's what make them good employees. But again as I said I just wanted to report. We were hungry and the customer service was poor.

I never have issues with this location however today was my unlucky day. I couldn’t even bite into the chicken because of how hard and burnt it was.

Customer service at the drive-through was very good. The young lady who took my order was polite and efficient. Sometimes when the wifey has a craving, the husband must go. I recommend this place if you are in the fig garden area.

I ordered both a Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich, and a Western Burger.....both without bacon. The burger was marginal quality. I only finished half. Over half of the Chicken patty, on the chicken sandwich, was completely burned on one side. Beyond the poor customer service, and the long wait for expensive poor quality food.....my visit to Carl's Jr was a complete waste. I spent $25 for an order of decent large fries. I'll never eat @ Carl's Jr. again.

I went through the drive through and they gave me cold soggy fries. They mustve been very old. I highly doubt they would've handed those fries over to someone dining inside. They replaced the fries when i went inside so they earned 3 stars from me.

Food was fine although it was slow to get my food even though there was only one other car. Please train your workers to use covid safety procedures and wear their mask properly. For now I will get my food else where since other places that serve food make sure workers all fully masked not this nose hanging out stuff.

Great my Grandfather came down for Texas and never been go Carl's jr. He liked it. They are always nice at the drive thru so I will definitely return
