Came up to the drivethru at 8:55 on a Friday night. They said they weren't taking orders because they were "cleaning the grill". What's the point of being open if you're not going to serve at random times? Do I have to call ahead and make reservations?

We placed a pick up order at BK through their app, arrived to pick up only to be told they were closed. First though? Trusty Carl's Jr with their late accommodating hours will be open. Definitely has improved since the last time I went, they have newer staff and for the better.
