Took 11 minutes to order because this guy wanted to hang out with his family member and apparently they had never been to McDonald's cuz they were arguing with the cashier about how much they had to pay oh and the fact they had no caramel so they changed their order like three times.... And then he wants to lean against the counter where everyone receives their food

I love this Mcds. The staff is awesome. They're super fast. The food is accurate for the most part. Prices are great and the most important thing is the fries are fresh and hot. Best McDonald's in the city. I don't know who owns some of these other ones but they need major lessons from this location.

Service has improved tremendously, looks like management resolved some crew member issues. Really miss Valerie and Alta. There was a time in this life when I really depended on their EXCELLENT customer service, God bless them and the rest of the team at Olive + 99 Thanks

I don't think a bad review is going to stop people from eating at McDonald's. You all just need to update your menu. Tried ordering the 2 BigMac, 20 Piece McNugget, and 2 medium fries deal that was on the menu but the cashier didn't want to honor it even though it's still on the menu. If it's discontinued, just do your job and take it off the menu. It's McDonalds, no wonder yall get a bad rep.

Slowest service, sent me to parking space 2 , sat for 8 minutes waiting for six egg mcmuffins, I'm pretty sure they were going to forget me , had to walk back up to drive thru window to get my food

If yall ever order something check before u eat because today i ordered a big mac and when i took the bun off to put ketchup i seen the beef have a bite someone took a bite off my big mac and just put it in like if i was gonna check

The service was okay, I like the girl with short purple hair. She was sweet. The food was good, nice and hot, and I loved that they were nice to my kitty. However, I am very sad that they updated the inside of the restaurant and it no longer looks like an OG 50s style diner like it used to.

So went there for there new remold on 9/22/17 and was very pleased with the new look. They have these new awesome self service stations for those who don't want to go to a cashier it was easy to use and convenient. Over all great service and good food for someone looking for a deal.

Bad experience at McDonald's on Blackstone and shields wrong order wrong receipt we go back to get what we ordered very rude and then they don't even apologize for what they did wrong and they expect us to be happy I don't think so they need to tell their employees there if customers don't go there and I'm never going to go back
