I love this Mcds. The staff is awesome. They're super fast. The food is accurate for the most part. Prices are great and the most important thing is the fries are fresh and hot. Best McDonald's in the city. I don't know who owns some of these other ones but they need major lessons from this location
Service has improved tremendously, looks like management resolved some crew member issues. Really miss Valerie and Alta. There was a time in this life when I really depended on their EXCELLENT customer service, God bless them and the rest of the team at Olive + 99 Thanks

Slowest service, sent me to parking space 2 , sat for 8 minutes waiting for six egg mcmuffins, I'm pretty sure they were going to forget me , had to walk back up to drive thru window to get my food
The customer service was good but the wait time for a small fry and bacon double was way to long and there wasnt not many customers in there.

The service was okay, I like the girl with short purple hair. She was sweet. The food was good, nice and hot, and I loved that they were nice to my kitty. However, I am very sad that they updated the inside of the restaurant and it no longer looks like an OG 50s style diner like it used to.
