I doordashed some food i took almost an hour for jack in the box to make the order they did not put any sauces that i asked for and the milkshakes were like 3/4 full . The food also came cold. Very terrible experience

Well they were busy so it was a longer then normal but the reason I am giving a 3 🌟 because I order the teriyaki meal and my bowl was half the normal amount that I usually get

I paid $5.59 for this!? I pulled it out of its little sleeve bag and part of the pita was in the bag, the wilted lettuce in the bottom of the bag with it and my "Dinner" was this sad thing. I've been to this Jack in the Box location several times, and normally they are fast and polite. One time they even gave me a 10% discount for waiting a little extra. I give a 4 star only due to one occurrence recently, the drive thru order taker wasn't too polite as they handed me my order.

Update, on 6/3 I thought I'd try again , same story, open light on, cones in the driveway, all the doors locked. Just update your hours and save me some time on the way to work! Driving by on Blackstone the "Open" was lit up as I turned in to get some breakfast at 6:45 am this morning. The cones blo
