Review Chuck E. Cheese - Fresno

Great spot to get the children out and detach them from their technology devices! Lots of entertainment for hours in a cool and safe environment. Can be a lil pricey, but worth it. My 4 year and 6 year old had a blast!🎠 They went home with prices and we're really happy. Even my teenager had fun 👾

First time here. Is good for our two girls 5 and 3. They had a blast playing. Pizza is all right. I really liked the place was clean and bathrooms where clean as well.

We had a blast!!! Came in on a Wed.@ 1230ish and place was dead yet it was great for us.. felt like we owned it. Pizza was great as always. Place was clean and there was maybe 2 or 3 machines that were busted in the entire place. Bring the kiddos n have some fun!

The pizza and salad bar were good. The locations had tons of games and activities. Overall my family and I had a blast

I want to start out by saying that I typically don't write reviews and I try to be an understanding person. I made a birthday reservation and got the Mega package to make my son's special day worthwhile. The attendee/server approached me almost 20 minutes after my reservation time. She was late and not very enthusiastic for being a child's birthday party. Although she was late I was not upset (life happens). We continued to enjoy the party cuz at least we were having fun with the games. We didn't get any birthday hats or the collectable cups.The kids got really excited about the Chuck E Cheese live event (where they sing and dance with him) but HE DIDN'T SHOW UP! My kids were looking around but Chuck was MIA! 🤯 Now I was upset 😡 I am not demanding a discount because I think they are under staff and seem apologetic. The manager was really nice as well and The food was really good too! The kids got to see Chuck before we left so I guess that's alright. One thing for sure. It will be a birthday to remember LOL!

Chuck Cheese is a fun place to be! Delicious pizza, salad and chicken wings!

My son and daughter enjoy it. Definitely recommend the 30 minute unlimited card so kids can get the most out of their cards!

Had my daughters 3rd bday party there this past Friday. It was nice. The service was great. The girls were on top of everything. I didn't have to worry abt anything. Which was awesome. They even cut the cake for us. I just don't like the New play cards. The tokens were better. But that's me just being old school. Lol

My kids love going to chucky cheese. The pizza has gotten a lot better but some of the staff is not happy working there. I was there yesterday and at almost every game the tickets weren’t coming out. Also at this location you can smell people who reeked of marijuana 😒 it’s a kids place you guys need to control or at least do something about that.

Anytime my kids have a birthday I always take them to Chuck E. Cheese's. My oldest boy is 17 years old and I would always take him as kid, now I have another little boy who just turned 4 and he loves celebrating his birthday at Chuck E. Cheese's. I will always love taking my kids here and will continue celebrating there for generations to come.

Went there on the 29th for my sons 3rd birthday they had an Awesome!! Time everyone was nice there boys loved taking pictures with Chuck E. The pizza was great you get 5 stars from me.

Overall, it was a good experience. The pizza in my opinion the stuffed crust is too thin. I had not been to a Chuck E. Cheese in a long time and did not know they went from tokens to Play Passes. You now purchase minutes (time) you want the kids to spend playing.

The mouse wasnt even into it, the way of the body movement like he force to do it. Pose to be a happy place but the mouse didn't get the memo. I rather go to the other location next time.

I visit this location at least once a week and the boys have a great time. Most of the staff is friendly would give 5 stars but today happened to be a day when the cashier/door watcher (casie) seems to hate her job and isn't friendly at all very robotic and just seems to be unhappy. I've had similar experiences with her before or I wouldn't of brought it up.

We love this place, the people are beyond nice and the food is amazing!! Shout out to Mia, Tiffany, Allison,Alex,Juan and the whole rest of the crew for always going above and beyond to show us a great time!!!

Exciting environment with chuckles of laughter and smiles everywhere from children, teenagers, young adults and seniors! Our online coupons were honored there so we saved alot of $$ money, plus we received a coupon inside of the facility too which helped out alot with the cost for our big family! The staff was thoughtful, professional, helpful and friendly! The facility was clean and the pizza's and deserts were super delish and hot! Our family had a blast with no problems! Our family was taken care of well there! Very safe place! Our family will be back!! Thank you big time Chucky Cheese!!

A few good changes since I was las at a Chucky Cheese, they now have these debit cards instead of tokins and the Rat perforamance shows without parties going on. Everyone had a good time

Valentina had a great time on her birthday and it was because she wanted to go to Chucky Cheese and we delivered she was at Chuck-E-Cheese thank you Chuck-E-Cheese

The food absolutely sucks, but my granddaughter loves the rides and games. Ps it's bad when a 4 year old says chuckee is sad, whoever was in the costume was not happy about being in it and didn't participate very well with the children

It's an amazing place to be with the little love ones. The only bad this is I got drunk and got kicked out for being overly childish with the games and being to happy yelling "I won" lol jk it's a cool place to be in raining days
