My friend recommended this sandwich place during our trip to Fresno today. My favorite sandwich has always been Togo's until I bit Jimmy John's sandwich today! I have not converted to Jimmy John's!
My all time favorite is roast beef sandwich, and Jimmy John's was so tasty. Their bread is super fresh as they bake every day. The ingredients they put inside of sandwich were just right amount- for me.
I can't wait to try other flavor in my next visit to Fresno since I don't find ones in San Jose.
I also liked their cookies -soft and chewy.
Great service- fast and clean.

Jimmy johns is delicious but this location sucks. They are never available online to order and when I call they never answer. Every time I go in to order food they are usually always out of my sandwich. (Cubana) the next closest location is in river park which is a 30 min drive for us. Definitely disappointed with this location

This is one of our favorite sandwich places to go. Until lately the new owner has been using subpar turkey (Butterball) and it's disgusting. If he's trying to save money where else is he cutting corners... We still go just not as frequently and we don't get the turkey. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean.

Although the food is good, the customer service is the reasoning behind the two star rating. I am a regular here for the simple fact that it’s convenient but the rudeness and lack of desire to be friendly Is not intriguing to go back. With the exception of one gentleman (forgot his name) that is always nice, the rest need more training on friendliness.

My experience with this place has always been great, never have I experienced anything less than professionalism. I usually order from my phone and pick up so there could be a lack of time played but even so before I ordered ahead it had always been consistent let alone the quality of the subs that never skips a beat, I hope they aren't androids :O

courteous service and delicious sandwiches! Talk about fresh bread....I'm in heaven! My husband doesn't normally care for whole grain breads but Jimmy John's 9-grain is so soft and full of so many chewey seeds...it's now his favorite! Jimmy John's is always a good choice for flavor AND your wallet!

Firstly love that they deliver! And the delivery time was fast. The driver was friendly and didn't forget anything. So I'm happy. Plus sandwiches tasted great. Also really like their chips! ;)

Second time I have been there. First time I could not get a wrap because they were out of lettuce. Today I go and they are out of bread! I said you are out of bread??? He said well I can make you a regular sandwich with sliced sandwich bread but no 8 in bread. So I asked what that would cost and he said same price as the 8 in. I said no thanks I am not paying 12.00 for a sandwich out of regular siced sandwich bread. I won't make a third attempt.
