Review Bingo Donuts - Fresno

The donut maker, well she's always smiles and very sociable.... Customer service is outstanding, the donuts are always fresh and just perfect for dunking in the freshly brewed coffee.. oh and if there isn't any coffee, she will definitely make a fresh pot....

I was informed that if I was to use my debit card (due to the fact I had no cash on me at the moment) that there would be a 2$ surcharge which seemed extremely ridiculous considering I was only purchasing a donut that cost about 1$. Now normally I wouldn't make a big fuss about this but considering the fact that I had walked there and given how hot it was on that day I was pretty irritated that the lady did not waive the $2 fee and just charge me for the donut, it's not like I wanted it for free, I had no problem paying for the donut. However, the lady working at the time actually took my donut back and proceeded to throw it away and allowed me to walk out the store unsatisfied. I've worked customer service jobs for many years and so I know that it's absolutely no problem whatsoever to waive the fee if it's going to make the customer happy especially in such a small numbered transaction. Suffice it to say I was extremely upset and will definitely never be going back there for this very reason

Go there to get their wonderful chocolate doughnuts with nuts, my favorite's. They will even at your convenience make any of their pastries if none available on the display cabinets. Great store, great pastries.

Two words: Apple Fritter. Don't waste time elsewhere. Get your Apple fritters here. Every time I come back to Fresno I make sure to buy them out. Their other donuts are fantastic as well, but there aren't many places that excel when it comes to fritters.

Went in today at almost 3pm and the girl that works there was extremely rude. I asked what kind of filling a bread i was pointing at had inside,by the way i asked very nicely. She gave me a ugly face and was like “it’s just plane bread” in a very loud & rude way. I immediately walked away with my boyfriend because i did not want to waste my energy with people like her.Owner needs to stop hiring people like her it looks really bad for their business.

Best donuts ever. The way they are made so yummy fresh and hot and so soft every bite love the dough and everything about how they do what they do.

So good! The donuts were fresh at 430 in the afternoon. The iced coffee was delicious. It's affordable, wonderful selection, and the owner was very nice too. I'll be adding Bingo Donuts to our list of stops every time we come up to Fresno.
