I love Jamba Juice....but my lord the wait time here was a nightmare. Definitely need to hire more employees. Waited over 30 min just to place an order. Will go to another location from now on.

Nice staff, but did you know they don't make juice? I guess they only do smoothies now...and orange juice. Wanted a veg juice but ended up with kale chunks in orange juice. Lol, didn't really work and now I'm chewing kale soaked in juice, Lol. Oh well. They were nice and I think genuinely tried to help.

The staff at this Jamba are super disorganized. Multiple people asking for their smoothies, staff running around searching for bananas, and it took about 5 min just to take my order.

I had purchased a tumbler under a promotion and was told I would get an ongoing discount of 20 % each time I brought in the tumbler. When I brought it back the employee said there was no such thing but filled my tumbler up with excess juice. The next time I came back I didn't bring the tumbler in but asked and the employee said there was an ongoing 20% discount. I was excited so I brought the tumbler back 2 days after. The employee was different again and denied there was a discount and was rude when I tried to explain to her that I was there 2 days ago and told something different. It seems like a complete scam is going on over there. I wish I had video taped each encounter with them.

Their smoothies are great. And this location now opens at 6 a.m. That is pretty impressive. And the manager was really nice. Thank you for a great experience.

This Jamba Juice location is easy to get to, plentiful parking, and has outdoor seating. They are friendly and efficient. It's pretty much what you want from a spot to get a good smoothie.
