We always have a mediocre experience with the staff at this location but today they were incredibly rude to my mother. I worked quite a few service jobs and I know how the hours can be! But to treat my mom with such disrespect on a night when we wanted an easy meal after a long work day was horrible
I really like a lot of the menu here. Personally i think the chicken has great flavor and the sides are tasty too. The mild house salsa is excellent. Service here is usually quick, even if the drive thru is busy. Usually crowded around lunch time.
Edit: I usually go here or the In N Out nearby.
El Pollo Loco always has great tasting chicken. I get the 3 piece legs & thighs meal, with sides of pinto beans and corn.

Just attempted to order thru drive thru. The employee mentioned they don’t have rice, broccoli , mashed potatoes , beans, cold slaw, viria. And the wait for chicken would be 10min minimum lol terrible terrible experience. Inventory control dropped a ball here. I wil not be going there again.
