This was the perfect Denny’s to come and have a late night dinner. We were already super stressed out because we had our pup at the emergency vet down the street. Leta is 1000% amazing!!! She greeted us with a warm smile as we walked through the door. Seated us and was very sweet, welcoming and inviting. Amazing, amazing, amazing! We will definitely be back to this Dennys! Thank you Leta!!!

Really great experience today! Restaurant was busy and there appeared to be only two servers doing everything including seating people and cashing people out, but our server was extremely friendly and efficient and the food came out fast and perfectly. Very friendly about me using a free grand slam birthday coupon also, which was nice.

Leta is the BEST! She is kind and always makes our visit a joy. She helps, is attentive and treats my kids like family.
In this new world where everything sucks a little more then it use to, Leta is a bright light of customer service.
To the store owner... appreciate her. She makes us come back week after week.

Food was quick, but server wasn't attentive to refilling drinks or condiments that could've been served with food. He kept his distance for sure with covid. Seated promptly which was a plus.

I was given a seat, then they just completely forgot about me. For almost 30 minutes, not a single server approached me or took my order. When I approached the counter to ask for a server, they all looked confused. First server was very nice, but the second one ignored me. Horrible experience for me!

One of my worst experience's. My wife and daughter were served first with only luke warm food. They waited patiently for me to be served which was more than ten minutes later and it arrived cold. Plate was warm but all food was cold. By this time theirs was cold. I sent mine back told waiter it was cold and disgusting. They brought it back 10 minutes later and it was hot. The waiter brought my bill and said he discounted it $5 for the trouble. On examing they had charged for a coffee that no one had ordered. So again brought that to his attention which he corrected. All said and done, Bad meal, Bad experience.

Well if you like your family's food to come at all different times then this is the place for you!!! The waiter talked down about the kitchen and kept blaming them for late lunch plates- ahhh the team work is shitty!!

Came in lastnight! Great food, sweet and attentive waitress. Wait time was quick(3 minutes or less?) for a group of 5 and high chair! We enjoyed chicken strip dinner, country fried steak, kids meal of Dino nuggets and chicken noodle soup, Carmel banana pancakes along with eggs and bacon, and a sampler appetizer. Everything came out tasty, and the whole family enjoyed it! Keep up the great service!!!!!

Went yesterday 4/5/18 our server sucked ass! Waited 20 minutes for a refill, Appetizer came and she forgot our ranch dressing and gave us the ranch after we finished the appetizer and never stopped to ask us if we needed anything. Step your game up Denny’s. FUCK!!

So you get good service from 1 or 2 of the servers. Mmgt is responsible as every time we go its understaffed. Best pancakes 🥞 in town hands down. Plus no matter your budget no matter where you're at you can afford to eat there.

Worse customer service ever after working a long 9 hour shift go have dinner with my family not what I expected waiter was horrible left half my food on another table for about 5 mins geeze thanx no syrup had to go looking for some at other tables not even a sorry for your wait

This Denny's stopped being good in the nineties. Remodeled twice recently. It's lipstick on a pig. There is nothing good here and the menus themselves were so gross I had to wash my hands after. Whatever they're doing, it's not for me. I'm pretty sure the super bird tasted like fish. The Denny's at Shaw and West is better if you must eat at a Denny's.

Everything was great, breakfast was perfect, they didn't burn my toast, but then no one ever does. I think their afraid everyone will think they served me burnt toast. But that's what I asked for! All in all very good!
