On April 28, 2022, I ordered a Burrito Bowl via the app and picked it up at 7:30pm. About 1/4 to 1/3 of the cooked rice were dehydrated kernels. Every bite got crunchier and crunchier. I finally figured out what the problem was and scooped out the pebble-hard kernels of rice the best I could. It seems like every other time I come to this Chipotle, I encounter a problem. After a few months, I return to see if things are better. They never are. This franchise has a persistent problem. I will drive to another Chipotle that is farther away, or go to Qdoba's or Moe's.

I was getting a late lunch and the lines weren't long. My chicken bowl with everything, was so good. The 2 girls serving us were polite. Restaurant was nice and clean.

Service was slow but freindly. Food was tasty as expected, several of the items were low or out. Burritos were mainly smashed together defently not burrito looking. Drinks were fresh and tasty. Seating was amble indoors and outdoors. Parking was amble but not very safe feeling lots of riff raff hanging around or passing threw, so make sure you lock your car.

Tried for the first time today and let me just say this Nastiest food I have ever had In my whole life. I don’t even know why this is considered Mexican food? Taste unseasoned. TACO BELL taste better and more real than this place. This food was just not ok. I coulda give zero stars if I could.

Chipotle is already mediocre food as it is. What makes it bad is when they barely give you any food in your bowl. I ordered a salad for pickup that barely had any greens, protein, or the toppings I requested. They also forgot to put the dressing in my bag, so I had to turn around as I was almost to my car. I was still hungry after finishing the little food they gave me; it was like a kid salad.
I will definitely not come back to this location again, as this is the 2nd time this happens.

I loved it the lines were not very long the food was great it tasted all fresh definitely going back I'll give this place a 10 Stars if they had it I ordered the burrito bowls brown rice black beans chicken

Always loved Chipotle, but this location consistently gives less food than other locations and has missed parts of my online orders several times. Unless you are coming from State, go to the Chipotle's in Fig or Sierra Vista instead.

I went in to order three bowls and it was my turn to pay and the girl just left me at the register to make another order for a person that was there to pick up and deliver food. Since it wasn't ready she left me standing at the register to make the order I waited a few minutes and had to ask someone chopping chicken to assist me they eventually asked someone in the back to check me out. I had the carnitas bowl and it was full of big chunks of fat YUCK! I also added guacamole for a extra charge and it was dark and got darker by the second!

It was great got out of there in less than 5 minutes on his to-go order just walked in everything was awesome pleasantly greeted answered very promptly.
