Received a order from this location on the UberEatz platform. I’ve noticed the drive-thru was long so I decided to go inside to grab the order. I nearly waited close to an hour I seen the 2 drinks for awhile without the food. Meanwhile I’m hearing all these different names being called so finally I went up and asked the status on the order then off I went. If your out doing deliveries picking up an order here at this Taco-Bell just expect to be waiting especially if it’s rush-hour.

This Taco Bell is always so packed the drive thru is beyond slow. And literally every time they forget something I swear! Nothing like having to wait for 30 min in the drive thru and then still not have your food!

I ordered on the Taco bell app and instead of being able to pick up my order and leave the inside was locked by 8:45pm. Why give an option to pick up in store if the inside is closed I don't understand. Sadly this is just the second bad experience with using this app. However, the guy that helped fix the problem at this location was very kind so I'm grateful for that.

Fast and tasty. Went to taco bell on blackstone and McKinley and the drive thru line was really long and after 10 minutes never moved. Came to this one food was great and the line moved fast. Thank you

Went inside to order. Sat at the window where drive thru was. Waited 30 minutes for my order. Noticed 4 cars in the drive thru would get their order and 1 person inside would get theirs.
