First time at this Chili's location. Not a good night. Fiancee ordered chicken quesadillas and got a big piece of a bone in them. Not cool at all. Female server forcefully handed me my plate of food and it was hot as heck.
We used to go to Chili's a lot. We haven't been in a coupe of years so we decided to stop in with the family for lunch. Unfortunately the food was very subpar, like it was all just rewarmed, no flavor. The cheese dip was not really warmed. We ordered a medium steak and we got a very well done steak.
They were severely understaffed (as a lot of places are right now) but the stress of that didn't affect the girls' attitude at all! We went during lunch rush today and they handled it with the best attitude! Very pleasant, still got my drink refilled before it was empty, got my food and finished it
