Me and my family love this place. We get take out twice a week from the store across from Fresno State. Today we got Food from here and it wasn't as good as it usually is. I don't know what happened today but it certainly fell short of what we are use too. The place is nice, people here are great and the service is wonderful. Today they missed the mark on our food. This will not stop us from eating here though, every one deserves a bad day.

Everything was horrible! I don't why people get so hyped about this place. The host didn't let us choose our own table when he let guests before and after us choose. It was 2pm so it wasn't busy but still...seriously🙄. The waitress got our orders wrong, it was a meal for two and yet still got it WRONG. Not only that, she never brought out one of our appetizer and still charged us for it. In the end, I just paid and left, saw it as a "farewell" never going there ever again charity.

I don't know what the deal is, but this place was great when they opened. Over time, it's just gone downhill! Food had definitely changed, wings were terrible (seemed microwaved) and they charge it seemed for everything extra that most places would just give you. Service is average at best. Whoever manages this place def needs to be aware. At this rate this place might close. Sad, but I'll stick to wingstop.

"20 minute wait" it was 35. Got seated, then they told us there was only 1 server working for the whole restaurant. She said be right with you and never came back. At least 7 employees standing around chatting the whole time doing nothing. Over an hour and no one took our order at we left. How is this place still in business?

Servers working double time. Manager not present. Food is mediocre. 45 minutes after we paid the bill to receive the To Go portion of our meal, order at the same time we ordered original meal.
Will never return.Bar Manager unapologetic and out of his depth. Very disappointed.

Great atmosphere - spacious, especially in the bar for watching sports games. At least 12 televisions of various sizes to watch all sports. The serving staff are helpful, friendly, and help each other if necessary when busy. Excellent food! We had several appetizers and the fried cheesecake with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces. The draft beer selection is impressive, as was the black cherry mojito, made with Cruzan rum. A must-try restaurant.

The food was on point and I liked the fact that no matter where you looked there was a tv so you didn't miss any of the game. Lol! Service was extremely slow though. Our server seemed a bit inexperienced but he was very nice and had a good attitude. I'd definitely eat here again...

We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings before going to graduation at Fresno State. The food was excellent. We informed our waitress that we were in a hurry because of the graduation. The food was delivered promptly and we made it on time! Thanks, Buffalo Wild Wings.

We were at this place on Saturday april 7, big mistake we ordered 3 rum and coke drinks, what we got was mostly coke requested to talk to manager and he never showed up but we got new drinks and we were told that's the bartender doing. He skipped on the rum with some customers to be able to be more splendid with the regular ones for a better tip. My question if management knows that why don't do anything about it.

Went yesterday to watch the first game of the NFL season. Our waitress was attentive, asking us every 15-20 mins if we needed anything. Drinks and food for happy hour were very reasonable and tasted great. We will definitely be making this a normal Thursday thing.

Great food as usual but service SUCKED! Our waiter paid zero attention to us. Had to ask a waitress for mustard after waiting and trying to get his attention for like 5 minutes then had to inform another waitress we needed bill. Never sitting in the bar area again.

I had a great night. Packed to the gills due to the MMA fights, but the service was great. I thought it would be slow service but I was wrong. My beer stayed full and so did my belly. The bartenders we're cool as hell and seemed happy to be there. I really needed a fun night Due to some pretty messed up news I got about my health and you guys delivered big time. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings.
