Review Amir's Shish Kebob - Fresno

Really beautiful place and the food was delicious! You got to try the steak! The restaurant is super clean and the owner had top notch customer service to give us the best customer experience.

I found this place searching for something new to eat around here in Fresno! This place has pretty good reviews for their Gyros so I had to try it out. Walking in, it is very quiet and clean. Considering the reviews, I am hoping the lack of customers is due to me being here at dinner time on a Monday night. I ordered a lamb gyro (disappointingly it is not cut from a spicket), with extra tzaziki on the side. The lamb was cut into large chunks. The flavor was okay, but was missing something. Not to be a stickler, but I was the only person in the restaurant and I definitely heard a microwave opening and closing and a few seconds after that received my order. The side salad I had was just sad. Lettuce with tomato and a watery vinaigrette. No olives, no fets, no onion, no cucumber. It was strange how there was no cucumber at all anywhere. The pilaf was buttery, pretty good and they put a lot on the plate. It just needed some more seasoning! This was a nice place to try, kind people, but the food was not up to par ! Fixable.

I came to have lunch here today for the first time and the food was delicious! Amir served four of us quickly and he was very friendly and generous with the garlic too! I love to support a small business and We will be back!

This place is super cute and owner is very kind. Went today with my son. Kabob on the stick was the best. Gyro meat wasn’t sliced like I’m use to and not on a pita bread or if it was it was way to thin but was okay.

Service was great, I believe it was the owner and he was very nice to me and my friend. We really enjoyed our food and the baklava was warm and gooey, so good! We will definitely be back! Got the combo kebob plate, yummy 😋

First time trying this place. I loved the baba ghanoush and the lula khabob! Portions were OK. Friendly service!

Very tasty, original mediterranean and middle eastern dishes. The service is excellent and the owner, Amir, is a great guy. Repeat visits are a must.
