This place was so dirty the floors, the table, I took out my sanitizer to clean a table. There wasn't even in the lobby. All the tables were dirty. We still ate cause I was hungry. It was good, but the fact the place was dirty it grossed me out. And they had enough employees, they were just standing
Against other food chains, Pollo Loco does a great 10/10 job. Fast and reliable service, helpful workers, amazing food and made fast. Great variety to choose from, I'd come again and recommend.
Have tried two different restaurants- Shaw in Clovis, and Blackstone and Sierra. Recommend the Blackstone location. They make great chicken avocado salads. Delicious!!! Weight watchers friendly. Good staff.
Clean place. Employee who helped me was very sweet. $5.00 combo chicken burrito was delicious. Serranos were good n hot.
Best Mexican fast food around at PL. Love their grilled chicken salad and their cilantro dressing is delicioso!
My whole familia love Pollo Loco! I suggest order only legs and thighs because the wings are super duper small. All the sides are so delicious so it's hard to choose 😋. We take out meals form here pretty often.
I'm going to tell the truth; I had a great experience in the Herdon Pollo Loco in Fresno. The food was on point, manager was professional and knew how to respond to my question and she was ready to serve. Plus the location was clean I'm definitely going back to this location again.
