Review Chick-fil-a - Fresno

Finally tried em, disappointed lol just did not hit the spot. Pro: Mac n cheese was bomb. I would come here and recommend just for the Mac. Cheesy Mac lovers, gotta try. Con: Fries were underseasoned and not crispy. Husband ordered a regular chicken patty, got a spicy one and had to return. $18 for 2 chicken sandwiches, a fry, and Mac n cheese.

This is the second time my fiancé and I have tried to order chick fil a and they keep messing up the order in the same way. We did not take pictures the first time (we just had a very disappointing meal) but this time we decided to take a picture and also took the meal back for a refund. Is what we’re ordering difficult? I order a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. I got the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato in a container and no gluten free bun. And my fiancé ordered the deluxe which is supposed to have everything on it; and he received a chicken patty and a pickle in a bun. I don’t understand where the miscommunication is but it appears our order on the receipt is correct…just not the food…twice now. I keep hearing how good chick fil a is but at this point my fiancé doesn’t want to go back and frankly I’m hesitant now too. Just wondering if other people are having any issues with their orders?

Love there menu. Only bad side It took 35 mins for our order. We were the 4th ones in line. Worth the wait though. In case you stop by, have in mind there is always a lengthy wait. Our meals were hot, tasty and properly packaged.

LOVE chick fil a, first of all. So simple and so delicious. Great recipe, nicely buttered bun, pickles, chicken seasoning, ooooh yeah!!! LOVE the new curbside option. I always order from the app before I head that way, the order starts when you reach near the intersection of the restaurant, type in the little curb number (1-50, 60??? So many spaces!!!) and then they just bring it out to your vehicle!!! Glutinous America at its finest. The -1 star is for all the times you forget my delicious brownie.. that sucks. And for being closed on Sundays… Minus another star… the last few times I’ve been here recently I keep getting this message asking if I’ve received my order, and no, I have not. It asks multiple times and I click no and the wait has been ridiculous. I keep selecting no and it keeps asking me and I keep waiting. Folks that pulled up to my left got here after me, after the guy to my right and got their bunch of bags first. Something is wrong with the filing/ ordering/ system and I don’t like that.

Wow. I went there to get a quick bite, the lady at the counter told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait. What the hell? Worst experience ever. Would definitely not recommend. Place has really gone downhill. If they can't get food out fast, close the lobby. Poor poor poor service and lady had a bad attitude. If no stars were a choice, I would give that.

Never ever ever ever come here again! The wait time is ridiculous. We ordered 2 combos at 1:10pm it is now 1:55 and we are still waiting. I’m sure they are short staffed and I understand, it’s the owner/ mangers responsibility to hire more staff in order to accommodate these ridiculous wait times. Save yourself time and go to In N Out instead.(no I don’t work for a in n out)

Just went through the drive thru was completely rushed through, we got the wrong drinks, they forgot two of our nuggets so we had to go in, got home then realized we weren’t given any of our fries with our meals. Tried calling to see if we can come back, they don’t answer the phone, unable to leave voicemail. I just spent $70.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The service is so slow and the staff members are very rude. I’m from the south and the way that chick fil a is done there is so much different than how it’s done here. 30 minutes for curbside is a disgrace. I’ve been to busier locations and still gotten my order in 5 minutes. I don’t know why I even keep coming back.

The best thing about Chick-Fil-A is the chicken-delicious! The second best thing is the service-friendly! The third best thing is their humor-slightly cow oriented. Love it!!

The service is amazing and the quality of food is 5 Stars! I love this location and love all the people!

I can not say enough about Chick-fil-A and it American and Christian Values! Closing on Sunday's so employee's can be with family! God Bless America and God Bless Chick-fil-A!!!

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A service. They go above and beyond to make you happy. The food is excellent and the lemon aid is amazing.

Good food but most importantly I have never been treated so well in any restaurant. Every one was friendly and kind and eager to serve.

It was awesome! Never had a fast food chicken sandwich I ever liked. It was a real nonprossed chicken breast. Non of that wet paper taste.

Quick service, great customer service, food is excellent and kids play area is cleaned regularly!

I wish I could do 2 reviews but first I'll say that the food and customer service is great. My daughter and I go there so that we can have lunch and she can get out of the house and play in the play structure with other kids. It is sooo HOT in that play room! Like uncomfortably hot! I asked an employee if they could turn on the ac and she said that if she asked her manager she would most likely say "if you don't like it then don't have your kid play in there". We went when it was about 70 degrees outside and it was super hot! I can't even imagine what it would be like in the summer. Please figure out a way to have some airflow in the play area, we really would love to continue going there but we may stop because of it!

I used to like chick fil A. Recently my wife told me that management told her I couldn't go in if I was being loud. I'm sorry but I know the employees by name and I say hi. So screw them I'm a paying customer who refuses to go there anymore....
