Review Los Gallos Taqueria - Fresno

I order shredded beef enchiladas, it had enough meat and very flavorful, my daughter had the steak fries there was okeanty meat and toppings the crispy fries stay crispy.

My wife and I found this place and ever since we keep coming back at least once a week to get away and have some good Mexican food. I recommend this to anyone who's in the mood for some Mexican food. The service end people there are really nice.

Good solid burrito nice size ND the cantaloupe melon drink really good I had chorizo burrito n it was not as taste full like home but best one I had yet , I'm not a fan of the hard chorizo I like the soft kind ND they have it not greasy either . I'll be going back forsure.

👍Pros: Good Mexican food, Super clean place and Saturday-Sundays they have Menudo and Pozole too. 👎Cons: Within last 2-3 years Prices increase to the point of about highest in area for similar food while portions stayed or even decreased in size. Makes my stops there less and less nowadays.

Very great place love the portion size as far as buritos and tacos and the taste is great I also love how they have complamentary chips and salsa and they evan have little bags and stuff so if u don't eat there u can take chips and salsa with u 9/10

Ive been here twice. The tacos are good. Meat flavorful and awesome tortillas. But when i get told this burrito is a quesadilla i feel lied to. I then call and get told its folded when it obviously isnt. You grilled it on both sides after u made it. Try to "unfold" it rips. What kind of quesadilla has pico and no cheese??? I have been here twice now i have ordered quesadillas and they have been burritos.The enchiladas tortilla was very tough and rather uncuttable. Beans and rice fine. Wont give to go orders chips and salsa apparently either.

Hands down the best Menudo in Fresno county. Along with probably the best tacos in the valley. I highly recommend this little gem

Food is always good. Never get a pic because I devour my food. Love the staff. Make me feel at home.

Amazing food, every time.  I go here every week, and I love their burritos.  It is the best Mexican restaurant on this side of town.  I would recommend it for anyone.

Some of the best Mexican cuisine North of Shaw in the city! An excellent value as well.

Great Mexican Food and Resonably Priced!. The first time I tried this place was luck. It was after 9 pm on a Friday and I wanted some good salsa and a torta. I remembered seeing a guy on the corner of Bullard and Figarden twirling a sign advertizing Los Gallos Taqueria. I did not even realize it was there before I had seen the guy with the sign. (I guess their advertizing is working.) So, it was late and I got there and there was a woman sweeping out side and bringing the patio furniture inside. I thought we were too late, but I decided to ask if they were closed. The sign on the door said they closed at 10 PM, but the place was empty. The woman told us to come on in. I was glad she was willing to serve us, but surprised. Everything on the menu sounded good, but I'm very pickly about my mexican food. The two things that make or break a taqueria for me are the Salsa and the Carne Asada Tortas. I ordered the Carne Asada Torta with everything on it and asked for extra salsa & my friend ordered a Super Burrito with everything including extra salsa. We took the order to go. Once we got home, we opened the bag and looked at our food and were pleasantly surprised. My friend's Burrito was HUGE and so was my Torta. But once we tasted our food, we were blown away. Everything was delicious! The Salsa was so well balanced and flavorful I could have drank it. Not only was it tastey, it was also spicy. We liked the food so much, we decided to go back the next day for lunch. <br/><br/>The Taqueria has a bar with home made taco salad shells and Chili Rellenos and some of thiere other meats. I saw the Rellenos and new I had to try them. My friend tried the Taco salad and I had a Chili Rellenos and a Carne Asada Sopas. I had never tried a Sapas before and since I didn't think the Relleno would feel me up, I decided to try one. I figured it was like a taco and wouldn't feel me up. My friends Taco salad was so big he could not finish it. (This almost never happens.) I got my Relleno and Sopas and much to my surprise the Sopas was piled with Carne Asada. I barely finished all of my food. I forced it down because it tasted so good. Our total bill with a large soda (that we shared) was less than $11. <br/><br/>A few weeks later I took my daughter there to try thier Pasole. She likes Pasole, but like me loves a good Torta. She got the Torta and I got the Pasole. Just as I expected, it was great! Everytime I have eaten there I have left satisfied. I have also tried thiere Breakfast Burrito with bacon and LOVED IT! I definitely recommend this to everyone. It is so much better than the mexican food in the Shell Gas Station across the street. It's delicous, it's inexpensive and it's local. Oh yes, and the service has been great everytime I've been there.

Great service, good sea food especially the shrimp coctail, good menudo as well. The carnitas are no very good though. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for lunch or breakfast.
