Domino's Pizza

Wowsers, they have gone down hill. That was terrible. We ordered sandwiches and litterally had scraps of meat on them. So basically bread and cheese. I don't feel they'll be in business much longer at that rate. Fremont has plenty of pizza places and it won't be hard to beat the meal I just ate. Pasta was average and the pizza was just below average. But the sandwiches, the sandwiches are the reason I will not order there again. I feel ripped off right now. I'd didn't order piles of bread.

so one day i decided to just order some nice dominos pizza for my family around 2:00 PM and we didn’t eat yet that day . i make my order on call and they say it will be about a half hour to forty five minutes . an hour and 15 minutes later i get a call from the delivery woman in her car . she is across town and asking for my address again . an . hour . after . my . order . i repeat it to her , she says she’s new and doesn’t know where to go but does NOT sound sober . i give her basic directions and tell her to call me back for help . two hours and 30 mins later she comes to the house across the street from mine , steps out , calls to say she made the order , (i’m literally staring at her on my porch) and she gets back in the car and drives off with the cold pizza . i then call dominos and inform them of this and the lady on the other line was very rude at first then said she was just stressed out with this new worker . she says she won’t be here again and i’ll have someone else deliver you new pizzas . had to wait another 45 minutes for that . i was starving .

Had a terrible experience with manager at this location. We accidentally sent our order to this location online. When we realized our mistake we immediately called and were very apologetic and explained our mistake. The manager replied "maybe you should pay attention next time," and hung up on us. We called back and he picked up and hung up immediately. We called again, he answered and said "I cancelled your order, you don't need anything else from me," and hung up. We called again to let him know that we were dissatisfied with the situation and he proceeded to brag about how his store was the only 5-star store in the state. Congratulations I guess and I hope he treats other customers better.
